How to find inner peace without losing ambition?
What most people don't realize it's not about finding peace.
You already have it.
It's also not about ambition.
You can have it and the peace.
It's about fear and releasing it.
You might be wondering,
Fear?
I don't have any.
What fear?
It's the thought that you may not find inner peace.
What if I cannot have inner peace?
It's the thought,
What if I need to release my ambition?
What if I need to choose between peace and ambition?
Those are fears and you can release them to have your peace within 90 seconds.
You can use 90 second rule I spoke about yesterday.
So let's meditate.
Find a comfortable place where you feel safe and undisturbed for remainder of this practice.
To find inner peace.
To release fear of finding inner peace.
Relax your physical body.
Close your eyes and go within.
Put your attention on your breath.
Be aware of your heart.
Physical heart and emotional heart.
And notice what you notice.
Allow thoughts to flow.
Allow feelings to flow.
Just observe.
Just breathe.
Being aware of your heart.
Remembering that you have a pure place in your heart.
Full of love,
Happiness,
Peace,
Bliss,
Fulfillment.
Available right now,
From within,
In the present moment.
Through observing and feeling.
Through being thankfully present.
Continue to breathe.
Observe the breath.
And be aware of your heart.
You may continue relaxing your body.
Reminding yourself how safe you are.
You may relax your eyes.
Soften your gaze.
Relax your face.
Loosen your jaw,
Neck,
And shoulders.
Breathe out any discomfort and unease.
Use your breath to help you to be more relaxed,
More at peace,
In the present moment.
Be aware of your heart and the pure place in your heart.
Keep bringing attention back to your heart.
Be mindful of your thoughts.
You may notice some repetitive,
Insistent thoughts.
That's okay.
Allow them to be.
You need not to resist them or fight them.
Just let them be.
You may feel that these thoughts are important.
Allow them to be,
Knowing that your heart,
In the present moment,
Is the most important.
Know your priorities.
Remember you're here to experience peace.
This means letting go of the fear that some thought might be forgotten,
Some thought needs your attention.
Let go of these fears.
Be present to your heart.
Keep breathing to your heart and allow emotions to flow.
Emotion is energy in motion.
Let go everything.
Just be present to your heart,
To your breath.
Allowing more love and peace wash over your body.
