This meditation is here to remind you that you already have a deep connection with God, and nothing can change that. It's perfect if you feel disconnected or you have an important meeting ahead and you want to be your best. It will remind you that there is nothing you can do to disconnect from God, and you being alive is a simple proof of this divine connection. Listen to it again and again to go deeper.

You already have it.

You already have a deep and personal connection with God and this meditation will help you to realize it.

It's perfect if you feel disconnected or if you have an important meeting ahead and you want to be at your best.

It will remind you that there is nothing you can do to disconnect from God and you being alive and listening to this meditation is a simple proof of this divine connection.

So let's go deeper.

For a most profound experience I recommend you to close your eyes and go within.

Relax your physical body and connect with your heart.

Observe your heart.

How does it feel physically and emotionally?

Notice the breath through your heart.

Notice how each breath flows through your heart and now take a moment to just observe.

Observe your mind,

Any thoughts and your relationship to these thoughts.

Are you just observing them or chasing some?

Are you engaging with any thought?

Are you creating any thought?

Are you thinking any thoughts?

Notice your body.

How does it feel?

Does it feel safe and at ease?

What's your heart rhythm?

Is it harmonious or a bit erratic?

Do you feel well-rested,

Energized?

And notice your heart.

How do you feel emotionally?

What are emotions in motion in your body?

Take a moment to observe how you feel.

And this is how deep connection with God feels at your current state.

Yes,

How you feel right now is how deep connection with God feels at your current state.

Mentally,

Emotionally and physically.

And if you're like most of my clients,

Then you have a strong and sharp mind and you're used to deal with stressful situations.

And if you're just coming out of solving a problem,

It's very likely that your nervous system is slightly at edge,

Slightly stressed.

And at stressed nervous system,

Your experience of deep connection with God might be a bit edgy.

So allow yourself to simply be and be still.

Acknowledge that you are safe.

This calms down your nervous system and allows you to experience deeper and more pleasant connection with God.

And since God is all in all,

All the time,

To experience the most deep and profound connection,

You must simply do nothing.

Practically speaking,

Stop resisting.

Stop resisting either doing or not doing.

Allow yourself to be.

If your body needs to move to feel good,

Allow it to move.

If your mind wanders,

Allow it to wander and remain still,

Focused on your heart.

And if you experience uncomfortable feelings,

Then allow them to flow.

Appreciate you being alive and connection with your God as it is right now.

Allow yourself to breathe.

Breathe through your heart and take a moment to observe how you feel.

Because this is how deep connection feels like at your current state.

Be thankful for having this connection and guiding you.

Towards more enjoyable and magical life.
