Welcome a creativity break.

This is not mere meditation,

This is soul activation to break free your mind from limitations and allow fluidity of mind arise with creative solutions to any problem,

Any challenge you may be facing.

You may set intention right here,

Right now to receive a specific answer,

Next step,

Clarification of your goal and you will have the answer by end of this practice.

Take a moment to be present to your body,

To your heart as you allow your intention to be received by the pure place in your heart.

Breathe,

Allow your intention to settle deeply in your heart.

You may ask or affirm to your heart your intention.

Keep breathing,

Bring yourself into your heart,

Into your body,

Fully present and relaxed at ease.

With intention set,

Keep breathing through your heart,

Allowing your body to relax.

You may move your body,

You may keep your eyes open and play with the world in calm assurance that whatever you do in this practice it's exactly what needs to be done for you to open your heart,

To open your mind for creative solutions to flow through you.

And it makes sense,

The more your body moves and flows with what feels natural,

The more your mind follows.

So allow yourself to flow,

Gentle movements,

Maybe dance,

Allow yourself to feel.

Connect with your heart and feel.

You may sit calmly and just observe,

Allow emotions to flow.

Whatever you do or don't do,

Allow.

Allow yourself to be in a present moment.

You may observe your mind and let it be free.

Allow it to think or not think of anything and everything.

And always bring your attention back to your breath through your heart.

Keep allowing yourself to feel.

Allow yourself to play,

Find something fun to do or think and keep breathing through your heart.

Allowing yourself to breathe.

Allow yourself to feel.
