Hello and welcome to your resourcing and support practice.
So you can do this seated or preferably laying down.
So taking a moment to get into a comfortable position.
Begin to find your breath,
To feel the breath move in your body and to breathe in any way that might feel nourishing to you.
And begin to drop your awareness down into the body.
Softening the face,
The chest,
The belly,
Your hands and feet.
Just inviting the body to melt down into the support.
Then begin to rest the miracle of your awareness on the support underneath you.
To feel how it is strong,
How it is holding you.
To really notice what it's like to receive this support.
And you might notice where you make contact with the support underneath.
You might sense that it comes up to meet you.
And that you can really trust and allow yourself to soften and be held.
Take some easy sweet breaths into this support,
Into this felt sense of being held and supported.
And then you can also imagine if you desire more support around you.
If you want to feel contained and held and really curled up in support.
Or if your body wants to feel a more spacious,
Expanded,
Held support and space.
So feeling into this next level of resource.
If this support that's underneath you could wrap around you or spread out and expand around you,
What might that feel like or be like?
And then adding one more layer of support.
Imagine that this space you've created,
Whether it's tight and wrapped around you or whether it's big and open,
That it begins to be filled with whatever nourishment you most need.
And if you could allow yourself to begin to receive that nourishment.
To let it soak into your bones,
To let it absorb into your skin.
And really feeling this experience,
Feeling the support underneath you,
Feeling yourself being held around and feeling this nourishment really filling you up as you breathe,
As you receive.
An And you can stay here for as long as you want,
But when you're ready to start to return,
Really slowly take your time.
Feeling this felt sense of support and nourishment with you throughout your day.
