Hello and welcome to your release and reset audio practice.

You can use this anytime to support in releasing and integrating held tension and energy in the body,

So that you can come back home to a greater sense of wholeness.

So to begin,

You can stand or sit,

And without changing anything about how your body is showing up,

Just start to scan the body and notice what is here at the level of physical sensations.

Perhaps temperature,

Maybe there's tightness or blank space.

Without trying to fix or change or make anything better,

Just notice.

Perhaps there's an area that feels like it's trying to get your attention.

Just scanning,

Paying attention to the face,

The chest,

The belly,

And then starting to tune in to the emotional landscape.

What is here at that level,

What emotions are here,

What feelings.

Just noticing,

Naming if you can,

Without trying to fix anything.

And then tuning in at a mind level,

Noticing what the thinking is.

And now beginning to feel the whole felt sense of this experience,

The physical sensations,

The emotions,

The thinking,

Really allowing yourself to see the overall shape of your experience.

And now gently begin to over-effort whatever's happening in your body.

So if there's a tightening,

Just allow your body to tighten a little more.

If there's a heaviness,

If there's a numb place or a contracted place,

Just allowing it to be a little bit more.

Increasing the energy,

The tension,

The effort,

For a few breaths.

Perhaps over-efforting the emotional landscape,

Allowing yourself to really feel whatever might be here.

Also maybe letting the mind believe whatever it's saying.

For a few more seconds,

Just allow yourself to really take the shape of your experience,

Of whatever is here.

And then very slowly,

Start to deepen your breath,

And as you deepen your breath,

Stay with the body.

See if you can track the physical sensations and the energy as you start to let your body take the lead.

How does this energy want to move as you continue to bring in more breath,

Starting to invite the areas that were tight to soften,

Or the areas that felt really sticky to start to move,

Bringing in more breath and really following whatever the body wants to do.

Perhaps releasing sound,

Letting your body move,

Following any intuitive impulses as you stay with your experience,

Meeting whatever arises with your awareness,

With your breath,

With your voice,

With your movement,

And really letting whatever wants to be here,

To be here,

Continuing to follow what arises,

Without the need to get rid of it or fix it or change it,

Just being the container through which it moves.

Feeling whatever arises to become more physical,

How does the body want to process and digest this energy?

Moving,

Sounding,

Breathing,

Really giving yourself permission to express.

Do you want to growl,

Or scream,

Or cry,

Or speak?

Would it feel good to push against something,

To speed up,

To slow down,

Just really trusting yourself,

Let the body lead,

Giving this energy permission to complete its cycle,

To release,

To move through you,

To incorporate,

To alchemize,

To integrate,

And you can continue to do this for as long as you want.

You can pause this recording if you want to keep moving with what's alive,

But when it begins to feel like this cycle of energy has completed itself,

You can start to slow down and tune in,

Once again,

Feeling the physical sensations in the body,

What's alive now,

And really dropping into the body,

Starting to scan for what feels good,

For what feels pleasurable,

Feeling for a space or a place in your body that feels good,

Or better than neutral,

What feels pleasurable,

Or easy,

Or yummy,

When you find an area,

Really let yourself drop into it,

What sensations are here that let you know that this feels good,

Maybe there's tingling,

Or warmth,

Or a certain quality,

Or texture,

Just really noticing as you drop into that space,

And then you're just going to start to turn up the volume a little bit on what feels good.

Letting these sensations expand,

Maybe using your breath,

Maybe even starting to move with it,

Or sound with it,

Just beginning to orient to what feels pleasurable,

To what feels good.

Letting the breath really expand these sensations,

Perhaps there's stillness,

Maybe there's movement,

Maybe there's sound,

Turning up the volume on this goodness,

Really following it,

Trusting those intuitive impulses,

Allowing what is good to fill you up,

To nourish you,

And continuing to follow and be with whatever is here,

Whatever arises,

Maybe exploring your senses,

Your touch,

Your taste,

Your smell,

What you hear,

Really opening yourself up to receive whatever goodness is here for you,

Whatever feels doable right now,

And it can be so small,

Just staying with what feels good for a few more breaths,

And once again,

You can pause this recording and continue to follow what is here,

But if you're ready,

Just starting to slow it all down,

To once again tune in to what's alive in your body now,

Really beginning to feel into the fullness,

The wholeness of you,

Your length,

The dignity in your spine,

Your width from side to side,

Your depth from front to back,

Really feeling all of you,

And placing your awareness now on your belly,

Maybe even putting your hand there and feeling your center,

Taking a few moments here to breathe into what you care about,

What matters to you,

Trusting what arises as you connect to your center and connect to what you care about,

And feeling how you are connected down into Mama Earth,

And connected up into Father Sky,

How there is 360 degrees of possibility around you,

Taking a full,

Rich,

Generous breath as you inhabit more of you,

And begin to allow this whole practice,

All this energy that has been moved,

To start to integrate and incorporate,

So you might want to find a place to lay down,

Or you might like to stay seated or standing,

Wherever you are,

To imagine this energy sinking into your bones,

Being absorbed into your skin,

Receiving the nourishment and nutrients from this practice as you rest.
