To this new moon meditation.
I am just so excited that you're here with me today.
I personally love the energy of the new moon.
The new moon is such a great time for new beginnings.
It's an amazing time to establish new habits and to set inspiring intentions.
The new moon is kind of like a cosmic reset.
So each new moon,
Which happens once a month,
By the way,
Asks us to really pause in our lives and assess if we feel energetically aligned with our unique path.
So ultimately,
This new moon and every new moon is an opportunity to align mind,
Body and spirit with your highest self,
Your deepest belief and your soul.
So wherever you are right now,
Take the next moment or two to get nice and comfy and to maybe wiggle out any tension that you might be holding on to and ground yourself.
So whether that means sitting on a meditation cushion or a chair or lying down,
Whatever works best for you.
And ensure that you are in a nice quiet space with no distractions.
For this meditation,
We're going to be tuning into our intuition and that deep inner knowing as we ask ourselves some really clarifying questions and what we need to know for this next phase of the new moon.
Take a few nice big deep breaths here together.
Take an inhale through your nose,
Breathe in deeply.
And then open up the mouth,
Exhale,
Sigh it out.
Two more times just like that.
Breathe in through the nose,
Breathe in,
Breathe in.
And then open up the mouth,
Exhale,
Let it go.
Last time,
Breathe in through the nose,
Biggest deepest breath you've had yet today.
Breathe it in.
Open up the mouth,
Exhale,
Let it go.
Beautiful.
And with your next few breaths here,
We're going to start to tap into our intuition.
And maybe asking our intuition to come forward.
Ask your intuition to come to the forefront of your mind.
And ask your intuition to guide you to your authentic answers as we move through these questions together.
You may even want to put a hand on your heart to connect to that heart intuitive energy.
Let's take one more gentle breath in here together before we ask ourselves these four clarifying questions.
Take a gentle breath in.
Connect with that inner knowing,
Connect with that intuition.
As you exhale,
Let it go.
Where am I feeling off in my life or misaligned?
And what do I need to know about that?

Where would I love to spend my time and energy this month?

What do I need most right now?

What intention am I being held?

Or what do I need to remember most moving forward throughout this month?
What intention am I being called to set this month?

And what do I need most right now?
And taking a nice gentle breath in through the nose and exhale,
Let it go.
And take a moment to thank your intuition for guiding you toward these answers,
Toward the truth of what it is that you need and want this month.
And know that you can call on your intuition anytime.
