And thank you for joining me for this gentle practice to close your day with gratitude,

A positive mindset,

And a perspective of joy and appreciation that can help you drift peacefully off to sleep.

The invitation this evening is to repeat these words to yourself,

Aloud or silently in your heart,

Affirming them as your reality,

Allowing them to sink down deep and take root in your unconscious mind for your highest good and the highest good of every soul involved.

Let's begin.

Thank you for the gift of this day.

I appreciate the lessons I have learned today.

Each breath I take fills me with calm and ease.

I am thankful for the small joys I noticed today.

I am grateful for the love I gave and received.

I appreciate the simple joys that brightened my day.

This day has unfolded exactly as it was meant to.

I am grateful for the progress I made,

Big or small.

I am thankful for the challenges that helped me grow.

The challenges I face today are stepping stones for growth.

The challenges I face today brought me new awareness.

I appreciate the clarity that reflection brings to my life.

I am grateful for the experiences that have led me to this moment.

I am grateful for the challenges that have made me who I am.

I am thankful for the support I received today.

I am grateful for the love and connection in my life.

My body knows how to release tension and restore balance.

I am ready for a time of rest and renewal.

I welcome the chance to reset and recharge overnight.

My mind and body work together to let go of the day.

I am grateful for a safe place to sleep.

I am thankful for the peace of this quiet night.
