And thank you for joining me for this gentle practice to release worry,

Anxiety,

And overthinking,

To quiet and clarify your inner world,

So you can move through life with more ease and confidence.

The invitation is to repeat these words to yourself,

Aloud or silently in your heart,

Affirming them as your reality,

And allowing them to sink down deep and take root in your unconscious mind,

For your highest good,

And the highest good of every soul involved.

Let's begin.

I choose peace in this moment.

I breathe deeply and slowly.

I accept this moment as it is.

I am safe where I am right now.

I welcome the support from the earth.

Each breath helps me feel a little more at ease.

I can take my time and move at my own pace.

I release worry and choose peace.

I trust the universe and let go.

I can handle each moment as it unfolds.

Every feeling passes like a wave in the ocean.

I focus on what I can do right now.

I listen to my body and respond with care.

I trust the universe to show me the way.

Each exhale helps me release a little bit more.

I notice small signs of calm in my body.
