She is well practiced in emotional alchemy and has been a guide and facilitator for others to experience their own power to alchemize sensations in their own bodies, through movement, self-awareness, meditation and breathwork. Ashley has been a student of many world-class teachers with backgrounds in business, yoga philosophy, shamanism, human design, community building, conscious relating and forms of recovery. She is passionate about giving back what she has learned, while continuing to be an active student and co-creator with life.
