Oceans of love and blessings welcome to this guided meditation on the spiritual breath.
The spiritual breath is about uniting your spiritual connection with each and every breath.
It's a way of experiencing divine love,
A flow of peace,
While calming your body with a soft and gentle breath.
So to begin,
Bring your attention to your breath.
Breathing in through your nose softly,
Gently,
And breathing out through your nose,
Allowing the breath to be slow and soft and gentle.
And as you bring your attention to your breath,
Seeing how you can slow it down,
Soften it even more.
Taking breaths deeply into your belly,
Coming into this relaxing breath and calming your nervous system.
And as you breathe in on your next breath,
On your next few breaths,
On your inhale,
Feel the breath calming up and bring your mind to the divine,
Who is like a spiritual sun.
So as you breathe in,
Your awareness goes up,
Up to the divine,
God,
The presence of love.
You connect with that light.
And as you exhale,
You bring that spiritual light into your body,
Healing your body and out into the world,
Blessing the world.
As you breathe in,
The breath comes up,
You unite with the spiritual source,
Your divine friend,
Spiritual parent,
Beloved.
And as you breathe out,
You bring that divine light into your being and into the world.
The breath flows in and out,
And you connect spiritually and bring that nourishment into your being.
Breathing softly and gently,
Enjoying this natural flow and connection as you breathe in,
Feeling yourself immersed in the divine's presence,
Like an ocean of light.
And as you breathe out,
You allow that energy into your being,
Healing,
Purifying your mind and body,
And then that energy comes into the world as a blessing.
Breath to be very gentle,
Very relaxed as you slow down and tune in.
This soft,
Gentle breathing stimulates your parasympathetic nervous system,
Bringing calm to your body,
Bringing calm to your mind.
And uniting your calm breath with this spiritual practice brings love and peace to your heart,
Spiritual recharge and a connection to the highest one.
So practice this for a few more moments,
Breathing in and connecting,
Breathing out and allowing the energy to flow.
Feeling the divine's light flooding your system with peace,
Nourishing you as though you are held in an ocean of light and with each breath you experience your divine connection.
So this is a practice you can do any time of day,
Any moment,
We're always breathing.
And as we calm and soften the breath,
We can connect that to our spiritual union with the divine,
Inhaling and experiencing that connection,
Exhaling and allowing that light to flow through you,
Bringing healing and peace.
