The Divine is the Bestower of Blessings, this sacred meditation will guide you in strengthening your spiritual connection as you receive the limitless blessings and light available to you - from the One. Allow yourself to be held in Divine arms, healed and blessed. This meditation practice is a sacred space you can come back to, again and again, to refresh and renew yourself spiritually, and on every level of life. May showers of Divine blessings be upon you.

Many blessings and welcome to this guided meditation on receiving blessings from the bestower,

The divine.

So let's start with the breath coming into a deeply relaxed and peaceful place.

Begin by breathing in deeply and as you exhale completely letting go beginning to come into a more meditative state of consciousness.

Putting ordinary consciousness aside and allowing yourself to settle in to your divine state of consciousness an awareness that you are a spiritual being that you are connected to a higher power and begin to allow yourself to sink into that consciousness as if you are being pulled into higher consciousness pulled away from ordinary consciousness problems to do's and into a higher state of being feeling as though you are being pulled into the light immersed in an energy field of unconditional love,

Peace,

Spiritual power,

Purity and bliss.

It's as though you are transported into a higher plane a place where you are in union with the divine and feel what it feels like to be close to the highest one immersed in this energy field of higher consciousness.

Allow yourself to fully be in this place fully aware fully awake with light shining from your forehead the seat of yourself the soul with light shining from your heart light shining from within you and all around you receiving the light from the one the bestower the divine and experiencing being immersed in this ocean of light as you receive every blessing from the divine the bestower the ocean of love as though you are bathing in light effortlessly receiving all of the light and blessings the divine's golden light all around you filling you with love and allow yourself to be recharged completely directly from the one god the divine who is the bestower of all fortune of all powers of all virtues of all goodness choose of all goodness receive all of it into your being
