We are all probably here on IT to find a source of divine light and power. I know that I am. Recently injured my world became a bit rocked. It still is. But I am choosing to work through my depressed or anxious moments with many natural tools. Meds are not for me. I am an empath and believe I am intuitive as well. It can be overwhelming at times. Not being able to exercise I am getting down on myself and it’s not really the best for my mental health. This meditation allowed me to take a moment to address some fears that I am experiencing but also allowed me to recognize that I do have a gift of light and I must get back to accepting and moving forward. I believe I am intended to be here to make some semblance of a difference. I do my best daily. This meditation is going to be my go-to for acknowledging all that may be difficult at that moment yet that I must look toward the promise of blessing hands so that I may continue to truly receive and to give back. Lovely journey of interxonnectedness

This is one of the most comforting and helpful guided meditations I have experienced. Arielle's voice has a uniquely lyrical and warm tone that lets me relax, let go and go deep. The extension to helping others in union through my own healing hands reminded me that fibromyalgia is no challenge for divine energy. I'm very grateful for this. Thank you.
