Many blessings and welcome to this guided meditation to deeply relax and renew.

Begin by taking a few breaths to bring your awareness inside upon your being.

Upon the beautiful being of light that you are.

As you breathe letting everything else go.

And coming to rest in the stillness of your being.

And that deep within you there is a sense of deep profound peace.

And just take a moment to find that peace,

That place of peace within you.

Putting everything else aside and just settling into the peace.

The peace that is naturally inside of you.

That is the core of your being and your truest nature.

And as you settle into this peace continue to allow yourself to detach from everything else going on.

So that you can become the witness,

The observer of your life.

In touch with that deep place of peace within you.

In which you can deeply rest and relax.

And in this peace there is a deep stillness,

A deep silence.

In which you can rest and renew yourself,

Renew your mind.

And that this is also a place that you can deeply let go and release anything at all.

Just letting go,

Feeling yourself release any energy that you need to.

And settle into this deep beautiful place of peace.

And from this place allowing your heart to open.

Feeling from this place of peace being the observer,

The witness can allow your heart to open.

Open and feel connected to the ocean of love,

The divine.

Feeling your heart swirling with love,

Filled with love,

Connected and blessed.

And just take a few more breaths in this place connected to the ocean of love,

The divine.

Feeling your heart overflowing with love.

Feeling your mind with greater and greater peace and lightness.

And for the rest of your day even,

Focus on continuing to settle into this place of peace within you.

This connection of divine love,

This feeling of lightness and freedom.

As you breathe,

Setting the intention to bring this energy with you into your day,

As you move and flow with this oceanic divine peace.
