The still small voice is at the leading edge.

It knows much more than any mind.

It wants to share its wisdom with you one insight at a time.

Listen for answers.

Listen for insights.

Listen for words overflowing like a faucet onto your page.

Write them down in any way you can.

For once they come they will soon be forgotten.

Come back to the words when you feel hopelessness and despair.

For they are the words that will guide you away from there.

You want to feel happy like all humans do.

Well this is your answer to the next feeling of happiness and spontaneous joy.

You'll find it by following the impulses that can be heard from the still small voice.

Sometimes just by listening you'll feel your vibration rise.

Sometimes you just want to feel that deep love that does comprise.

Your center,

Your core,

Your most alive and innate beingness.

That feeling that all is well and those thoughts were just thoughts and you're actually completely and utterly okay.

You,

The real you.

The part of you that is a vast and spacious awareness.

This you feels happy and wants to share this with you.

So as you awake with those 50 different thoughts as you plant your feet on the floor,

As you brush your teeth and you make your morning coffee,

These are just your thoughts and they need not be your reality.

You can release their stories and feel the spacious awareness within and let happiness arise.

Because from this viewpoint there is no reason to not feel happy right now.

Let it arise.

Let it bubble forth to bring you all you are seeking.

Seek to see your life from this higher viewpoint.

See yourself for the first time in all your perfection.

Feel the love for your humanness arising.

Allow yourself to just exist in this expansive awareness.

One with everything and everyone.

Completely whole and yet such a small intricate piece of a much larger puzzle.

Each time you do this you are expanding your consciousness.

Let your awareness go from your head to your heart.

Deepen into your breath as the pathway to your heart opens.

When you find your mind has wandered use this mantra to ground yourself in the present.

I am one with everything and everyone.

I am one with everything and everyone.
