Breathe in deeply filling your diaphragm with new refreshing air and slowly exhale out your mouth.
Bring your focus deep into your heart space where your inner guide resides.
Breathe in while thinking,
I am and breathe out while thinking,
Love.
This practice will help you return to your true nature.
As you breathe deeply,
Begin to relax your body by focusing your attention in the crown of your head.
Release any last tension here.
Relax your forehead,
Your jaw,
Relax your shoulders down your back.
Relax your neck,
Breathe into your whole torso and release any tension there.
Feel your legs,
Ankles and feet sink into the floor and relax more.
As you continue to breathe deeply,
Let the following words wash over you and direct them towards your heart.
Dear inner guide,
I welcome your guidance to see things differently.
To deeply know that all struggle is just an assignment from the universe to transform and grow.
Please help me see these situations with love and learn what I need to learn from them.
Now call to mind one situation in your life where you're really struggling.
It might be a battle with a child about something they're doing or not doing.
It might be a fight with a friend.
Whatever the situation,
Picture this person in your mind's eye.
Feel the energy behind your feelings for him or her right now.
Any resistance of feelings that come up,
Just allow them to pass through you and continue to release.
Breathe through the feelings.
Sit with them.
Allow them to continue to come up and pass through you.
Now feel yourself loosening your grip on the situation and returning to the natural state of your relationship which is love.

Imagine he or she can feel your forgiveness and love.
Think about how good this makes the other feel.
Think about how relieved they feel.
Bask in the joy and love that has returned to this relationship.
