Sit in a comfortable seated position.
Close your eyes and relax your body into your seat.
Relax your head and neck.
Maybe roll your neck from side to side.
Release your shoulders down your back.
Relax your upper back,
Your middle back and your lower back.
Relax your chest,
Your stomach and your hips.
Relax your sits bones,
Your thighs,
Your knees,
Your ankles and your feet.
Release your hands gently in your lap.
When you've found the most comfort and ease within your body bring your attention to your breath.
Notice how it goes in through your nose on the inhale and expands your lungs and stomach and on the exhale observe how your diaphragm constricts and the air moves up your trachea and out through your nose.
Watch as your breath goes in and out of your belly and bring your attention to just above your belly button.
This is your solar plexus.
It is your personal power center,
The origin of energy and capability.
Imagine a bright white light in this area.
When you inhale the light grows brighter and on the exhale it expands to cover your entire stomach.
On the next inhale it grows even brighter and on the exhale it expands to cover your entire chest and arms.
Your body is open and relaxed.
As you breathe it continues to cover your entire head and neck and down through your hips and legs and all the way out through your feet.
Now from this expansive awareness take another deep breath and direct your consciousness down deep into your diaphragm.
Recall a recent situation or person who has triggered you or made you fall back into old unhelpful patterns.
Ask your true self,
What am I to learn from this situation?
Breathe deeper into your diaphragm and listen.
If you hear nothing that's okay.
The answers will come either in this meditation or in another form.
Just be open to the answers in any way that they appear to you.
Now ask your true self,
How can I release my feelings about this situation?
Listen deeply.
Exhale deeper and listen more.
Ask how can I release any old knots within me that are tied to this trigger and let these old patterns go?
Feel the knots within your body releasing.
Release these feelings now dear one because you are worthy of peace.
You've learned what you need to so you can relax into the knowing now.
The realization that this was a necessary part of your journey and the wounds you've suffered are already being healed.
Release the fear you've been covering these wounds with so that they may start to heal and dissipate so that they no longer bring more of the same to you.
You are worthy of a clean slate.
There's no need to hold on to this pain in fear that you'll forget and it'll happen again.
With the letting go of this pain you're actually moving your point of attraction to a vibration that this situation will no longer be able to pierce through.
The low vibrations of the situation are leaving your body now so they'll no longer attract these same vibrations to you.
Understand dear one that as you release your vibration rises and you attract more of what's wanted to you.
The situation has been like an anchor weighing you down into this one spot but when you release the anchor and your vibration you allow your boat to move to new calmer waters and you realize that there's an entire ocean out there.
You can move on now.
For the next few minutes enjoy the lightness and openness that you've allowed to surface with this release and when you're ready open your eyes.
