Welcome to this heart chakra activation.
Settle yourself comfortably.
Take a big breath in and out.
Big breath in again and out.
Join me in activating the heart chakra by chanting the word yam.
Big breath in yam.
Feel the front of your heart chakra resonate with that sound.
And as you do,
I invite you to take your heart chakra energy and send it all the way up to the central sun of the universe,
To source.
Let it rest there for a moment.
And then allow it to drop back towards you.
And re-entering your body,
Your heart chakra,
Through the back.
And as you breathe in,
Send your energy up to the central sun of the universe,
Or to source from the front of your heart chakra.
And as you breathe out,
Allow it to travel back from source,
And back to you through the back of your heart chakra.
One more time,
Breathing in,
And out.
And now as you breathe in,
Allow the energy of your heart chakra from the front to drop down into the central crystal of Mother Earth.
Anchor it there for a moment.
And then draw that energy back up towards yourself,
And let it re-enter your body through the back of your heart chakra.
Breathing in,
Dropping down from the front,
Resting in the central core of Mother Earth,
And breathe out and draw back up.
One more time,
Breathing in,
Drop down,
And breathe out,
And pull up.
And now breathe in and send your energy up to the source,
Back down to the back of your heart chakra.
Breathe in,
Drop down to the front to Mother Earth.
Breathe out,
Allow the energy to return back to you from the core back to the heart of the heart chakra.
Big breath in,
Up.
Big breath back down.
Big breath down.
Big breath back up.
Big breath up.
Big breath back down.
Big breath in,
Down.
Big breath in,
Up.
Big breath up.
Big breath back down.
Big breath down.
Big breath back up.
And just pause at your heart chakra for a moment.
Just notice what it feels like.
And then I invite you to breathe in and expand your heart chakra energy,
Front,
Back,
And sides.
Breathing in again.
Expand your heart chakra all around you.
And big breath in again.
And out.
Just rest in this space for a moment.
Big breath in and out.
Gather your energy in as close as feels comfortable.
And open your eyes when you are ready.
