This is a poem in wrote inspired by a friend who asked me "what is the purpose of Life"? These are my answers and my vision for us as a humanity.

The purpose of life is to be gloriously,

Vibrantly,

Radiantly alive,

Experiencing everything,

Resisting nothing,

Feeling into the depths and widths and breaths of what it means to be human.

The purpose of life is to embrace everything it means to be human by remembering that we are beings of divine breath and stardust.

The purpose of life is to see beauty in all other beings,

Human,

Animal,

Plant,

Mineral,

Ethereal,

The planet herself,

Even when it isn't pretty.

The purpose of life is to remember our shared humanity,

Ubuntu,

And to be curious about our differences.

The purpose of life is to see what connects us all,

Heart to heart,

Past the surface appearances of what seems to separate us.

The purpose of life is to experience intensely through our senses the taste of mangoes,

The colors of a sunset,

The softness of skin,

The resonance of beautiful music,

And allow it to nurture our soul and our body in equal measure.

The purpose of life is to celebrate the magic of simple things like cooking a delicious meal,

Laughter with friends,

Hugs with the ones we love.

The purpose of life is to look deeply into another's eyes to remind them of their own divine connection when they have lost their sense of who they really are.

The purpose of life is to sing our unique song with wild abandon to shine our beautiful precious frequency into the universe.

The purpose of life is to live in awe of the miracle of being alive,

A spirit of pure love inhabiting a human body,

Breath bridging the physical and the unseen.

The purpose of life is for source to see and celebrate itself through our eyes.

The purpose of life is love.
