Wise Elder Meditation

In this meditation, we connect to Nature and the Universe and go on a guided visualization to encounter a Wise Elder who offers us support, love, wisdom, unconditional acceptance, and answers to any questions we might have. You might like to have a pen and paper handy to record the wisdom and insight and gifts offered to you.
