Hi,

And welcome to your daily calm.

Thank you for spending the next few minutes with me Annabelle and Anna.

It's so important to carve out time for yourself so that we can live with an intention,

A purpose,

Or maybe reset your day.

So when you're ready,

Find a comfortable position.

Let's begin with our eyes closed,

And gently bring attention to this very moment,

To how your body feels in this moment,

How your mind is feeling emotionally,

Completely without judgment.

Start to tune in to how you feel.

Let's start to feel the energy,

To how your body feels in this moment,

How your mind is feeling emotionally,

Completely without judgment.

Start to tune in to how you feel,

Arriving in the present.

And then gently coming to the breath,

Our source of life.

Take a deep breath in,

The deepest breath you've done all day so far.

And then exhale,

Let it go completely,

Melting the tension away.

Inhale,

Expanding the belly deeply.

Exhale,

Letting go of what no longer serves you,

So that you can be fully present with yourself.

And again,

Inhale deeply.

Exhale completely.

And then exhale,

Letting go of what no longer serves you,

So that you can feel the energy,

Allowing the breath to move through your body.

And on every exhale,

You feel your body relax a little bit more,

Surrendering a little bit more.

And without forcing anything,

Or judging yourself,

Start to notice where the breath originates,

Where the source of the breath lies,

Your stomach,

Your chest,

The back of your throat,

Just arriving and observing.

Is your breath fast?

Or maybe it's deep,

Shallow,

Or your chest is tight,

Not clinging on for too long.

Just noticing how our body is right now,

Without the distractions of our daily lives.

Start to envision the breath move in and out your body.

Inhale,

The belly fully expands,

Filling up with air.

On the exhale,

It empties completely and wither all the tension that your body is holding.

Maybe envisioning the inhale as a light.

Inhale,

See the air come through your body,

Filling up your body with goodness.

And then exhale,

Letting it go.

Everything you surrender to this moment,

Deepening the breath.

With every breath,

Your mind and your body relaxes.

If you notice any tension or emotions rise,

Just breathe it in and just come back to the breath.

No harsh judgements on yourself,

Without trying to change anything.

We're here to be observers,

Completely noticing your breath expand and move through your body,

Envisioning the air coming in and the air flowing out.

Hmm Hmm Hmm Hmm Hmm Hmm Hmm Hmm Hmm Just finding a natural rhythm of your breath,

Allowing the body to soften,

The breath to soften.

It's so valuable to take this time out of your day,

To set intentions,

To tune in with ourselves,

To slow down,

Allow our bodies to come into a state of relaxation instead of a constant fight or flight mood that our modern society sometimes allows us to be in.

It's so valuable for our wellbeing and will help you go about your day with more calm and happiness.

Gently begin to wiggle your fingers and your toes,

Coming back into the body,

To the physical body and when you're ready maybe gently blinking the eyes open,

Observing the room around you and take this calm,

This space that you've created for yourself within,

With you for the rest of the day.

Thank you for joining us and namaste.
