Welcome to part two of the moon mapping meditation series where we find cosmic alignment in our daily lives by honoring the current lunar phase.

Feel free to return to this visualization every month as you are ready to expand on your intentions.

Remember that there are no rules or specific outcome you are supposed to achieve in this meditation.

Simply being here with your breath with your body is enough.

Let's begin.

Find a quiet and comfortable place to sit or lie down.

Slowly start to feel your body softening and settling.

Begin to notice which parts of your body are meeting the earth below you.

Gently close your eyes or take a soft gaze towards the floor.

Whatever allows you to feel safe and supported.

Let your shoulders begin to melt down away from your ears and feel your collarbones start to expand wide from side to side.

Ever so slightly tuck your chin in towards the chest to create a bit more space in the back of your neck.

Begin to deepen your breath allowing your body to expand with each inhale and soften with each exhale.

Bring yourself back to the garden where you planted the seeds of your intentions under the new moon.

As you gaze up into the sky at the waxing crescent moon,

Envision its delicate curve as a reflection of your budding intentions just as a young plant begins to take root.

Call back to mind the intentions or goals you planted in the garden just a few nights ago.

Start to allow specific details of what you are dreaming of or working towards to develop.

How does this aspiration feel?

Take a moment to explore your intentions with a sense of curiosity.

Now visualize the soil where you planted your seeds.

Imagine that beneath the surface tiny roots are beginning to unfurl from the seeds you planted.

Each root represents a connection to your dreams,

A link to the visions you hold within you.

With each breath envision these roots growing stronger and more intricate,

Grounding you in your aspirations.

Imagine yourself as a small seedling,

The roots of your ideas starting to grow and explore the soil around you.

Allow your idea the space and time it needs to find the perfect spot to settle its roots.

Through this exploration and sense of curiosity,

You make space for more possibilities to unfold.

This phase of the lunar cycle requires patience.

You must be patient as your idea begins to take shape and gains strength by growing its roots.

If you rush ahead of this process,

Your aspirations will not have the proper foundation and nutrients it needs to grow to its full potential.

Return to your breath,

Inhale the energy of growth and exploration,

And exhale to slow down and release the need to rush.

As you do,

Repeat to yourself,

I give my vision space to grow.

I slowly explore all possibilities.

Twice more,

I give my vision space to grow.

I slowly explore all possibilities.

I give my vision space to grow.

I slowly explore all possibilities.

The first sliver of light from the waxing crescent moon provides you with a sense of hope.

There is not enough luminosity in the sky to clearly see your whole vision,

But enough light to see the possibilities of your dreams.

Picture the waxing crescent moon's whisper of light,

Gently guiding you as you grow towards it.

With each day,

Your intentions become more rooted and your vision taking shape,

Just like the seedling growing into a sturdy plant.

Gently place one hand on your heart and one hand on your belly,

Returning to the intuition you cultivated under the new moon phase.

As the roots of your vision begin to grow deeper under the light of the moon,

Remember to always return to your intuition as your internal compass,

Guiding you towards what is right for you,

Allowing yourself the ability to change course and adapt as needed.

Take a few more breaths to sit with your intentions,

Noticing how they grow and take shape.

On your final breath,

Inhale into the possibilities of your dreams.

Exhale,

Allowing them to take steady root.

When you are ready,

Gently begin to float your eyelids open,

Carrying with you this sense of exploration,

Growth,

And the power of rooting your dreams in the fertile soil of your intentions.

Thank you for joining me on this waxing crescent moon meditation.

I will see you in a few days as you find strength in committing to your intentions and overcoming obstacles in our first quarter moon meditation.

Just what I need(ed). After a longer ritual, exploring the feelings of what is to come, this was a the best recap/closing ceremony. Thank you
