Welcome to part 5 of the moon mapping meditation series where we find cosmic alignment in our daily lives by honoring the current lunar phase.

Remember that there are no rules or specific outcome you are supposed to achieve in this meditation.
Simply being here with your breath with your body is enough.
Let's begin.
Find a quiet and comfortable place to sit or lie down.
Slowly start to feel your body softening and settling.
Begin to notice which parts of your body are meeting the earth beneath you.
Gently close your eyes or take a soft gaze toward the floor.
Whatever allows you to feel safe and supported.
Let your shoulders begin to melt down away from your ears and feel your collarbones start to expand wide from side to side.
Ever so slightly tucking the chin in towards the chest to create a bit more space in the back of the neck.
Visualize yourself once again in the moonlit garden,
But this time it's different.
The air is filled with a sense of joy and you are surrounded by an abundance of blossoms.
Bask in the full moon's brilliance,
Imagining its complete circle as a mirror of your own accomplishments.
Under this full moon is a moment for celebration and clarity.
Bring your attention to the rich and beautiful colors that surround you in the garden.
Bend down to breathe the sweet fragrance of your favorite flowers.
Take a slow inhale,
Drawing the smell into the body,
And a gentle exhale,
Feeling your shoulders relax a bit more.
Each blossom represents an accomplishment,
A milestone,
Or an insight you have gained along your journey.
They radiate with wisdom and the energy of success.
Draw to mind this intention or dream that you have been working with on your lunar journey.
What has transpired so far?
Call to mind your wins,
Your obstacles,
Perhaps any surprises.
As you let your mind swim in these thoughts,
Notice how your body feels.
Do you feel good about where you are on your journey?
Or is there a sense of anxiety or frustration?
Don't try to change how you feel in this moment.
Just notice where in your body you are feeling the strongest sensation,
And let it be.
You begin to walk through this garden,
Feeling the blooms brushing against your skin,
Filling the air with a sweet fragrance.
With each step,
You absorb the wisdom that each blossom holds.
Pause to listen and notice what becomes clear to you in this moment.
Inhale deeply,
Observing what is being clarified for you in the garden,
And exhale slowly,
Releasing any lingering confusion or uncertainty.
As you do,
Repeat to yourself,
I celebrate how far I've come,
And I honor exactly where I am.

You notice that the full moon shines like a spotlight on your tree of intentions at the center of your garden,
Where the most vibrant and abundant blossoms cluster.
These blossoms represent the most significant milestones and insights that you have gathered.
As you stand beneath the tree,
You gain a deep understanding of the path you've traveled and the lessons you have learned.
Take a deep breath into your hands,
Observing how this clarity makes you feel.
Continue to take a few more deep breaths into the body,
Giving yourself space to hear any last words of wisdom or insight that the moon has to share.
On your final inhale,
Let a gentle smile start to arrive on your face.
Exhale,
Letting go of any self-judgment,
Feeling one final connection between your journey and the blossoms that surround you.
When you are ready,
Gently float your eyes open,
Carrying celebration,
This culmination point in your journey,
Honoring the insights that you have gained.
