Welcome to this guided meditation for cultivating a sense of safety within your body whilst forging ahead.

Finding a comfortable position either sitting down or lying down and gently close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in and as you exhale let go of any tension or stress you may be holding on to.

Now bringing your attention to your body begin to notice the physical sensations present in your body.

The contact of your body with the surface you are resting on.

Feel the support beneath you and allow yourself to fully relax into this support.

Tell your body it is safe.

You are safe.

You are safe.

You are safe.

Take a moment to connect with your breath and feel the natural rhythm of your breath.

The gentle rise and fall of your chest or abdomen.

With each inhale imagine breathing in a sense of safety and calmness and with each exhale release any worries or tension that your body may be carrying.

Breathing out release release release.

Now bring your awareness to your feet.

Visualize roots growing out of the soles of your feet and the base of your spine and allow those roots to plunge deep into the earth.

Deep deep deep deep deep and stretching and anchoring far and wide grounding you and your body connecting your body to the stability and support of Mother Earth.

Really feel the sensation of stability and strength as you anchor yourself to the earth.

Your body is your sanctum.

Your body keeps you safe.

Your body is safe,

Strong and powerful.

Your body has survived many many lifetimes.

Your body is well equipped for the life that you chose in this lifetime and your body is here ready and willing to let go of the past and step confidently into your future.

Being aware of anything that may be present in your body right now.

Being aware if there's any sense in your body of fear,

Resistance or anything holding on to the past.

Sending love to your body now.

Breathing in sending love as you feel your body stable and connected to the earth.

Imagine now a warm comforting light spreading through your whole body.

Really feel this light pouring in from above like a beautiful warm radiant energizing empowering waterfall.

A soft gentle yet powerful waterfall.

Breathing this light in and allowing this warm comforting strengthening light to spread through your whole body dissolving and disintegrating any tension or discomfort.

Allow this gentle light to envelop your legs,

Your hips and lower back,

The groin area,

Any feelings of unease or restlessness.

You are safe now.

Your body is safe.

You can let go of the past.

Tell your body it is safe to let go.

Breathing in and as you breathe out release.

Now shift your focus to your torso and abdomen and with each breath imagine a sense of safety and security filling this whole area.

Feel your breath calling in more light expanding all of your torso and abdomen,

Chest and belly creating a space for relaxation and ease.

Feel how the light helps your body release all tension and tightness as you continue to breathe deeply and fully.

Breathing in,

Breathing out,

Discharging all stuck energy intending to release the vibration of any cellular memory in this and any lifetime of any circumstance or situation that you have outgrown that no longer serves you or your body.

It is time now to let this go.

You are safe.

You are safe.

You are safe.

Breathing in,

Breathing out,

Powerfully let this go.

Moving up to your shoulders and arms noticing any tension or holding or gripping.

As you exhale let go of all stress or strain that you may be carrying in these areas.

Allow your shoulders to relax and your arms to feel at ease.

Feel the sensation of lightness and freedom as you release any burdens.

Breathing in,

Breathing out,

Release.

Liberate yourself today.

You are strong.

You are powerful.

You are grounded and finally bringing your attention to your head and neck.

Soften the muscles in your face,

Relax your jaw and let go of any furrowed brows.

Allow a sense of calmness to wash over your entire head and neck,

The brain,

The brainstem,

Down the spine and through your whole nervous system.

Breathing in the bright light and breathing out allowing a space of tranquility and peace to pervade through your entire being.

Taking a few moments now to rest in the state of safety,

Relaxation,

Groundedness,

Security,

Knowing you are fully supported.

Your body is fully supported and connected to Mother Earth.

Feeling at ease in your body today.

Trust in your own ability to create a sense of safety within yourself.

Really feeling safe within yourself.

Remember that this sense of safety is always available to you and you can return to this meditation anytime you need to reconnect with your inner calm and find comfort and power,

Ease and security within your body.

Spending a few moments now sending gratitude and love to your body for all that it does,

Carrying you around and serving you.

Really feel the strength and comfort,

Ease and inner calm within your body.

Safe,

Grounded,

Refreshed,

Secure,

Strong,

Powerful.

Feeling all fears dissolving,

The past long gone.

Feeling fresh and new and ready to confidently step forward into your future.

Create your dreams and manifest your desires with ease,

When you are ready gently bring your awareness back to the room.

Take a few deep breaths,

Wiggling your fingers and toes,

Stretching your body and as you exhale gently blinking your eyes open,
