Welcome!

In this guided meditation we are going to travel to a beautiful island.

Please make yourself comfortable and gently close your eyes.

Take a nice deep breath in and out.

Imagine that you are surrounded with white light.

This white light is here to ground you,

Protect you and support you.

You are feeling how this light relaxes your whole body,

Your head,

Your shoulders and arms,

Your chest,

Your legs all the way to your feet.

As your body is getting heavier and more relaxed,

You imagine yourself in a bubble and in this bubble you transport yourself to a beautiful beach,

A sandy golden beach.

There is a gentle breeze in the air,

The sun is shining,

The air is calming and warm.

You are walking bare feet in the sand and then you notice a little boat nearby.

You get into the boat and you start gently rocking and leaving the shore.

We are enjoying the journey as we are drifting further and further in motion and in the distance we see an island.

We are approaching the island and arriving at the shore.

As we are getting out of the boat,

Someone is waiting for us.

This can be our guide,

An angel,

A past loved one,

Someone who is here to help us,

To show the way.

We are following the person and we are led into the jungle,

Along the beautiful lush trees and vegetation,

All the way to a temple.

This temple has a pool in front of it with crystal clear water.

This water is so inviting and as our guide leads us,

We gently slide into the water.

The water is beautiful,

It's balmy,

It's refreshing.

There is a fountain at one end and we go to the fountain and stand underneath and let the cool water.

We drink a few sips from the water.

This is the water of eternal life and healing.

This water seeps into our pores,

Our cells and it heals everything within our body and in our energy field.

When we feel that we spent enough time here,

Up the stairs to the temple,

There are two angels by the door.

They put a rope on us and they opened it.

We step into the temple and we welcome this sacred atmosphere.

We walk up to the altar and sit down in the front row.

Let's spend a little time here in this beautiful temple.

To get ready,

We are leaving.

Walking back,

Our guide appears again and leads us back to the shore,

Where the boat is waiting for us.

We head into the boat,

Gently rocking back to the beach where we started.

Getting out of the boat,

The bubble forms around us again and the bubble transports us back where we are here and now.

We feel that we are more and more aware of our environment.

The bubble disappears.

We hear the sounds,

The little noises around us and we feel that we are fully back into our body with our awareness,

Fully present.

We are grounded,

We are centered and rejuvenated.

Have a wonderful day.
