Eternal Garden: Guided Meditation

In this guided meditation, you are going to visit an eternal garden. In that garden, you will be able to relax, rejuvenate and re-energize yourself, and it is also a place where you can meet with loved ones, your spirit guides, angels, or any other light entities.

Welcome! In this guided meditation we are going to visit an eternal garden. In that garden you will be able to relax, Rejuvenate and re-energize yourself. And it is also a place where you can meet with loved ones, Your guides, Angels or any other light entities. Let's begin! Gently close your eyes and take a nice deep breath. In and in and out. In and out. You can imagine that you breathe in love and light and positivity and breathe out any negativity, Anxiety, Worry, Anything that you don't need anymore. You are surrounded now with beautiful white light. This light enters your body through the top of your head and it flows all the way down your spine, Your shoulders and legs, All the way to your toes. This wave of energy relaxes your whole body. Your head, Arms, Your chest, Your abdomen, Your back, Your pelvic area, Your legs and your feet are all relaxed now. Imagine a bubble forming right next to you. Place your awareness into that bubble. In this bubble we gently start lifting upward, Leaving the room, Leaving the building, Leaving our neighborhood, Our city, Our country. We are traveling upward in this bubble all the way to the clouds and all the way to the stars. We see our planet now from a distance, Traveling among the stars and other planets and somewhere in the distance we notice a bright light. We are approaching this light and we see that this is a gate, A gate of light and there are two angels on each side of the gate. The angels open the gate for us and we are floating in. The bubble disappears and we find ourselves in a garden. This eternal garden is full of trees and flowers. There's a gentle breeze in the air. We hear the birds singing, Butterflies are flying around us and we start walking on the grass. As we are walking in the garden, Taking in all its beauty, All its beauty, We notice a little gazebo not too far from us. We walk up to the gazebo and sit down inside. Someone might already be there waiting for us. Let's spend some time here and either relax on your own or enjoy the conversation and experience with your visitor. We are slowly getting ready to come back. We say goodbye to our visitor, Leave the gazebo and walk all the way back on the grass to the gate. The bubble forms around us again. The angels open the gate for us and we are floating out in our protective bubble into the universe. We are traveling among the stars again, Among other planets and we are approaching our planet, Planet Earth now. It's right in front of us. We are gently gliding down through the clouds all the way down to our neighborhood, To our building, To our room where we are sitting or lying at the moment. The bubble disappears and the energy, This beautiful cosmic energy we have brought with us, Will stay with us during our day. We are fully back into our bodies now. We feel grounded, Centered, Re-energized and rejuvenated better than ever before. Have a wonderful day. Thank you.
