Welcome.
The purpose of this guided meditation is to provide you with an opportunity to meet with your spirit guide.
A spirit guide can be described as an entity who serves as a companion while you are here on earth.
Their job is to advise and support you towards the goals you have set for yourself for this life.
The more you communicate with your spirit guide or guides,
The more effectively they can help you along your path.
So let's begin.
Please make yourselves comfortable and close your eyes.
Take a nice deep breath in and out.
In and out.
And again.
In and out.
With every breath you take,
You feel how your whole body is getting more and more relaxed.
Focus on your breathing and imagine that you are surrounded with white light.
This light is here to support and ground you,
To protect and center you during this meditation.
You feel that this light enters your body through the top of your head and that it flows down,
It relaxes every muscle in your body,
Every body part,
Every organ.
Starting with your head,
Your neck,
Your shoulders and arms,
Your back,
Your spine,
Your chest,
Your abdomen,
Your lower back,
Your pelvic area,
Your thighs,
Your knees,
Your calves,
Your feet,
And your whole body is fully relaxed now.
Imagine yourself in a forest.
There is a path in front of you.
You start walking on this path and taking in the surroundings,
The trees,
The flowers,
The little animals that are gathering around you and are accompanying you on your journey.
You are walking on this path and you are approaching a clearing.
There is a little house,
A log house in the middle of the clearing and you can see that smoke is coming out of the chimney.
You are approaching the house.
It looks very inviting and when you step in,
You feel the warmth,
You feel the heat that's coming from a nearby fireplace.
You look around and the house is very cozy and comfortable.
There are two chairs in front of the fireplace.
You sit down in one of the chairs.
You close your eyes and when you open them,
You can see that there is someone sitting in the other chair.
This might be your spirit guide.
Let's spend some time with your guide.
Have a conversation and enjoy the experience.
We are getting ready now.
To return.
Now that you have met with your guide,
You know that you can meet with them and talk to them any time.
They are one of your greatest supporters in this life.
Please say goodbye to your guide and let's leave the house,
Walk back on the path and let's come back,
All the way back to where you are sitting or lying at the moment.
You are becoming more and more aware of your surroundings.
You hear the noises in the room.
You can move your fingers and toes and stretch a little bit and when you are ready,
Open your eyes.
You are feeling centered,
Grounded and rejuvenated by this new experience.
You are ready to face your day now.
