And today I wanted to share a tapping sequence with you for those days when your mind just won't stop spinning.
And you've still got stuff to get done.
So this sequence is going to help you stop your mind from spinning,
Spinning,
Spinning.
So the way this works,
I'm going to say something and then I'll pause and you can repeat after me.
All right,
And we're going to begin on the outside of the hand.
Even though my mind is constantly spinning,
Right here,
Right now,
I'm safe.
Even though my mind is spinning and I just want it to stop,
And I just want it to stop,
Right here,
Right now,
I'm safe.
Even though my mind is constantly spinning,
And it's driving me a bit bonkers,
Right here,
Right now,
I'm safe.
So just noticing how that feels,
Noticing if anything's come up for you,
And then let's move in between the eyes,
My spinning mind.
Outside of the eyes,
It's always going.
Underneath the eyes,
So much spinning.
Underneath the nose,
And it's making me frustrated.
On the crease of the chin,
I have things to do today.
Down to the chest,
And yet my mind just won't stop spinning.
Underneath the arm,
I wonder why.
In between the eyes,
This spinning mind.
Outside of the eyes,
I wonder what it needs.
Underneath the eye,
I wonder what it's trying to tell me.
Underneath the nose,
My spinning mind.
And the crease of the chin,
I have things to do.
Down to the chest,
I wonder if it would be okay.
Underneath the arm,
For my mind to let me work.
In between the eyes,
I wonder if it would be okay.
Outside of the eyes,
For my mind to stop spinning for a bit.
Underneath the eyes,
I wonder if it's safe to stop spinning.
Underneath the nose,
I'm open to the idea on the crease of the chin that it's safe to stop spinning.
Down to the chest,
I'm open to the idea underneath the arm of it being safe to get my work done.
Letting that go,
Shaking it off,
Taking a moment to check in,
To notice how that feels.
