Physiological Sigh | 3-Minutes
What if your body already had a built-in reset button for stress? This 3-minute Physiological Sigh practice uses two short inhales followed by one long sighing exhale to help calm the nervous system and shift the body out of fight-or-flight mode. Often called one of the fastest breathing techniques for stress relief, it helps release physical tension, slow a racing heart, and encourage a greater sense of calm. Many people experience a noticeable shift after just 1–3 sighs, including reduced anxiety, less physical tension, a slower heart rate, clearer thinking, and a greater sense of relief. Use this for anxiety relief, stress management, panic, emotional overwhelm, nervous system regulation, or anytime you need a quick reset. Please note that this practice is not a replacement for professional medical or psychological care.
