I Feel Alive

This morning meditation is intended to help you access the part of you that is always free, always at peace, the source of your strength and aliveness - a place within, always within. So it's a bit longer because it takes a while for the mind to settle and for the heart to engage. It integrates the practice of 3 powerful declarations - I Accept, I Deserve & I Allow.

Through the practice of these quiet words, in meditation, we can practice bringing them into our moments, & days; the times when we feel triggered by something external causing us to shift out of love and out of forgiveness and thus block the flow of life within us and around us.

I accept,

I deserve,

I allow.

And so my life opens,

Flows.

I feel my life,

My one most wild and precious life.

I sense in me a quiet,

Patient urgency to feel alive.

I settle in this morning moment into the magic and wonder of breathing.

I accept each breath flowing in and flowing out.

I deserve each breath flowing in and flowing out.

I allow each breath flowing in and flowing out.

The breath naturally slows as I patiently extend each exhalation through the nose or mouth.

And I settle,

Sink into a natural,

Slower,

Effortless rhythm of breathing.

My belly rising and receding on each in-breath.

My belly gently releasing,

Sinking on each slow out-breath.

I breathe slowly,

As if just for now,

Breathing is the only thing,

Breathing is everything.

With each slow breath in and out,

My heart expands.

Each breath like a soft wave,

Washing up on the shore of my heart space.

My heart center.

Each wave of breath leaving these quiet,

Intelligent shores of the heart.

I begin this moment,

This day of my life,

With these three quiet expressions.

I accept.

I deserve.

I allow.

Let these words be my intent,

My guide,

My frequent reminders,

And my hourly remembrances on this day.

Let them open my heart,

Let them open me to possibilities,

To my life.

Let these words also be my response to temptation,

A moment when my mind is influenced by the external,

Triggered,

Taken out of alignment with the highest version and vision of myself.

I accept.

I deserve.

I allow.

These three quiet,

Calm expressions expand life within me and all around me.

Let me now with each breath receive their power and significance.

I accept.

The energy of these words dissolves barriers,

Resistance,

And judgment in each precious moment of my life.

I accept expands my awareness,

My understanding,

My forgiveness,

My consciousness,

Whatever the situation or circumstance.

I accept renews and heals.

These words are a creative life force.

From the energy and space of I accept,

I understand more clearly the choices before me and whether they are or are not in alignment with the highest version of myself.

I accept expands contracts,

Takes away from my one precious life.

I accept expands everything,

Sets me free.

I see clearly from this place.

I feel life flowing through me from this space.

I quietly,

Softly repeat,

I accept,

I accept,

I accept,

With each slow breath,

In and out.

And thus the floodgates of life,

My life,

Expand,

Open.

I understand I see everything more clearly from this place of quiet,

Calm,

Acceptance.

Let me now,

With each breath,

Receive the power and significance of these words.

I deserve.

The energy of these two quiet utterings connects me to my truth that I am a divine being of love and light,

Created by an all-loving intelligence,

Ever expanding,

A child of light,

Of God.

And God meant for life to be happy,

Joyous,

Peaceful.

Deserving is my divine inheritance,

Part of the very nature of who I am.

I am divine.

I deserve because I am,

Because I exist.

I deserve simply because I am never,

Nor never could be,

Separate from God,

The divine,

All-loving consciousness.

As I awaken to this truth,

I deserve,

That my reality is a divine expression,

Always on,

The gift of God,

Within me,

All around me,

Continuous power,

Continuous love,

And continuously on.

I deserve is a quiet,

Gracious declaration,

An honoring of the divine within me,

And all around me,

The very essence and truth of my existence,

My nature,

My aliveness,

A light that can never be diminished,

Extinguished,

An eternal aliveness within,

So much more than the blood and cells coursing through.

My divine nature is the fabric and essence of my deserving.

I deserve because God and I are one.

I quietly express these words,

I deserve,

I deserve,

I deserve.

I allow these words,

With each breath,

To sink within.

I return my mind to my breath,

Each slow,

Quiet breath,

In and out.

I now repeat,

I allow,

I allow,

A silent declaration,

That lets life,

My life,

Flow.

I allow dissolves resistance,

Awakens,

Liberates,

Melts my need to control,

Figure out,

It's all there,

In front of me,

My one most wild and precious life.

I create with my mind,

The mind I share with a divine mind.

I take inspired steps,

I allow life to unfold,

In a way and time,

That is right for me.

Life to unfold,

In a way and time,

That is right for me.

I let go of the reins,

I allow,

I allow.

I feel alive,

Like a free flowing river,

The river of life.

As I allow,

Life finds a way,

I allow my life to flow.

Any obstacle or unforeseen circumstance,

I see now in a different light.

There are no obstacles or unforeseen circumstances,

But really only life expressing,

Flowing.

All of it is life,

I allow,

And thus life feels lighter,

Easier.

It flows.

I accept,

I deserve,

I allow.

Thus allowing the miracle of life to unfold,

Present itself.

Allowing my awareness to expand.

I accept,

I deserve,

I allow.

And thus does my heart remain open,

Strong.

Closing less and less,

Open to life.

I accept,

I deserve,

I allow.

And thus do I more fully experience life.

And thus do I more fully express my life.

And thus I feel alive,

So,

So alive.
