Get yourself nice and comfortable,
Close your eyes.
Let us take a few deep breaths.
Take a deep breath in,
Breath in,
Deep breath in,
Yourself sinking into your bed deeper and deeper,
Feeling more like your normal breathing pattern.
Feel this peace and bliss.
Sleep is the time for you to re-energize your body and mind.
If you catch yourself thinking,
Observe those thoughts or feelings,
Pass to commit to them,
To time,
To rest,
Rest the body.
Slowly scan your body,
Body to relax in those areas,
Blissful state,
Melt away,
Tension or tightness.
Starting with your eyes,
Shoulders,
Upper body,
Legs,
Feet to be relaxed.
Feel the comfort of your pillow,
Cushioning your head,
Massaging your mind,
Clearing any thoughts or feelings.
To continue to hear this music,
Sink deeper and deeper into sleep to soothe you,
Comfort you into a blissful sleep.
