Insight Timer Live | Songs From The Forest | 16th Dec 2025

Hi folks, this is for anyone who came along to my live session on the 16th December or anyone who missed it. I had a lot of sound issues in this session, so I thought I'd record this session again for you, the way it should have sounded (without pops, clicks, and static interference).

A little thanks for all your support over the past year. And thank you to those who always donate too - it means a lot and helps me to keep teaching and buy new music gear.

These songs speak of healing, fears, hopes, peace, and strength (and imperfection - you will hear that for sure!). But make of them as you will.
