Music From An Ancient Sun

This is short compilation of some of the music from my new course on Insight Timer called 'Whispers Beneath An Ancient Sun'. The course is a 10-day magical journey of meditation, story, and seasonal wisdom—helping you meet life with courage, presence, and joy. All recorded in 3D binaural audio. These compositions were written in collaboration with another composer from Norway, called Runar Lundvall. There are designed to represent the 4 seasons and different energies they bring to our lives. I hope you enjoy this music. I hope it brings you some peace. With love, Andy
