Good morning and welcome to your meditation for a fresh start to the day.
So I invite you to find a comfortable position,
Either sitting or lying down,
And once you are ready,
Gently close your eyes,
And take a moment to settle into your chosen position,
Allowing your body to relax and release any tension.
Now take a deep breath in,
Filling your lungs with fresh energy and vitality,
And as you exhale,
Let go of any stress,
Worries or negative thoughts that may be lingering in your mind.
Allow yourself to fully let go and be present in this moment.
You take a deep breath in,
And you exhale slowly,
You take a deep breath in,
And you exhale slowly,
And as you continue to breathe deeply,
Bring your attention to the sensations in your body,
Feel the weight of your body being supported by the surface beneath you,
Notice the gentle rise and fall of your chest with each breath,
And tune in to any areas of tension or discomfort,
Allowing your breath to gently soften and release those areas.
Now shift your focus to your thoughts and intentions for the day.
Take a moment to set a positive intention for how you want to approach this day,
What qualities do you want to embody,
How do you want to show up in the world,
Allow these intentions to guide your actions throughout the day.
So how do you want to approach this day?
Now I invite you to visualize yourself moving through the day with ease and grace,
Accomplishing your tasks and goals effortlessly.
I want you to see yourself radiating confidence,
Kindness and compassion towards yourself and others,
To embrace the challenges that may arise as opportunities for growth and learning.
Take a moment to express gratitude for this new day and the opportunities it brings,
And reflect on the blessings in your life and the things that you are grateful for,
And feel a deep sense of appreciation for the gift of another day filled with possibilities and potential,
So visualize this day as the day as you want it to unveil.
I now invite you to come back to your senses and the room that you are in,
And as you slowly open your eyes,
Carry this sense of calm and clarity with you into your day,
And remember to take moments of pause and mindfulness throughout the day,
Allowing yourself to stay centered and present,
Take breaks to take a few deep breaths,
Centering yourself and reconnecting with your intentions,
And as you navigate through the day,
Trust in yourself and the journey ahead,
Embrace any challenges or setbacks as opportunities for growth and learning,
And cultivate a sense of curiosity and openness,
Allowing yourself to fully experience each moment.
Remember that you have the power to make this day the best it can be,
Approach each task and interaction with mindfulness,
Gratitude and positivity,
And spread kindness and positivity wherever you go,
Knowing that your actions have the power to make a difference,
Embrace this new day with open arms,
Trust in the process and have confidence in yourself,
