Now turn your attention to your breath.
Take a slow deep inhale through your nose,
Allowing your lungs to fill completely with air,
Hold it for a moment and then exhale fully through your mouth.
So you take a deep inhale through your nose,
You hold it for a moment and you exhale fully through your mouth.
I invite you to repeat this process a few times,
Feeling your body relax more deeply with each exhale.
As you continue to breathe,
Let your mind wander to a beautiful spring day.
Visualize a gentle breeze rustling the newly blossomed leaves on the trees.
The air is fresh and crisp,
Carrying the delicate scent of blooming flowers.
This is the element of air in its purest form,
A symbol of communication,
Intellect and freedom.
With your next inhale,
