Transcript

It's time to move your body.

Time to stretch.

Become aware of your feet and your ankles and give them a little stretch.

Point the toes.

If it's safe to do so,

Extend your legs.

Stretch them.

Good.

Be gentle.

Raise your shoulders a little.

Tighten and drop down.

If it's safe and comfortable to do so,

Extend your arms out to the sides.

And stretch.

Gently.

Easily.

And let go.

Good.

How does your neck feel?

Move your head gently from side to side.

Front and back.

Rotate your head round.

Gently.

Move the neck muscles.

Loosen them up.

Good.

Have a yawn.

Rotate your jaw muscles.

Rotate your eyes round.

To the left and to the right.

Round in little circles.

And if it's comfortable to do so,

Stand up.

Stand up and stretch.

Gently.

Easily.

Stretch out.

And relax.

Twice more now.

Stretch out.

And relax.

Once more.

Stretch out.

And relax.

Good.

Doesn't that feel better?

It's time to go and get a glass of water.

Drink slowly.

Allow the water to refresh you.

Be good to yourself.
