With thanks to Andrew Huberman of Huberman labs. A new way of thinking about gratitude practice. Having a gratitude practice is hugely beneficial and new research has shown one of the best ways to "visualize" this is to remember a time when someone was grateful for something you did. Listen to this track on a daily basis until you have a "clear" sense of this and can feel the emotion.
