Perhaps you notice the weight of your right hand.
And perhaps,
Just perhaps,
You may begin to notice a feeling of aliveness within your right hand,
A presence of energy.
This is not something you can make happen,
You just allow it and notice it.
And perhaps now that you're noticing that energy there in your right hand,
You can start to feel it in your left hand at the same time.
Isn't that interesting?
