Take some time to sit down and make yourself comfortable.

Make sure you're sitting comfortably.

Place your feet flat on the floor and place your hands comfortably on your lap.

Take a gentle deep breath in.

Close your eyes and breathe out and relax.

Just relax.

Allow any tension to melt away.

Allow any discomfort to simply melt away.

Good.

Feel your feet on the floor.

Imagine that your feet are really connecting with the earth below you.

Feel that connection.

Allow any stressful feelings,

Sensations or thoughts to melt down through your body,

Down through your legs,

And down through the feet into the floor,

And down,

Down into the earth.

Let any unnecessary negative feelings,

Sensations and thoughts melt down through your body,

Down through your legs,

And down through your feet into the floor,

And down,

Down into the earth.

Good.

Lighter.

Happier.

It's as if a weight is being lifted from you,

As if a burden is being released.

You have let go of all unneeded,

Unwanted feelings,

Sensations and thoughts.

You now have space within you to fill.

Space to fill with positive feelings,

Positive sensations,

Positive thoughts.

Imagine a beam of light coming down from above you.

You can imagine this light.

You can feel the light.

This beam of light contains positive energy.

The light enters through the top of your head and makes its way down through the spine and throughout your entire body,

Re-energizing,

Replenishing,

Rebuilding.

Take some time now to allow this positive energy to fill every atom,

Every cell,

Every fiber of your body.

With all the negatives removed and replaced with positive energies,

You can break connection with the earth beneath you and the beam of light above you.

Your mind is clearer and calmer,

More focused and yet more tranquil,

More composed.

You are grounded now,

Centered and balanced,

Energized and focused in control,

Productive,

Intuitive,

Driven,

Creative,

Happy,

Energized.

Confident,

Positive.

It's time to return to the rest of the day.

Take a little time now to come back to the present moment,

To bring yourself back to full conscious awareness.

Wiggle your toes and fingers.

Gently stretch your arms and legs.

Gently stretch out your back.

And open your eyes.

Open your eyes.

This is your day.

You are in control.

I have been following Andrew Johnson for a very long time. His rich, buttery, smooth Scottish accent vocals are so soothing! I loved his original Relax plus app where you could choose your intro, choose whether you wanted to finish waking or sleeping, and stack up to three meditation topics in a row.
