Imagine a beam of light coming down from above you.
You can imagine this light.

This beam of light contains positive energy.
The light enters through the top of your head and makes its way down through the spine and throughout your entire body,

Rebuilding.
Take some time now to allow this positive energy to fill every atom,

With all the negatives removed and replaced with positive energies,
