It's time to relax and re-energize.

Make yourself comfortable.

Rub your hands together.

And give the muscles on the back of your neck a rub.

Gently move your head from side to side as you relax and rub and heat the muscles at the back of your neck.

Good.

Use your thumbs now and start making little circles around the base of your skull.

Loosening the muscles.

Relaxing.

Recharging.

Move your hands onto your scalp.

Make little circles with your fingers and thumbs.

Tiny little gentle circles all over the scalp.

Relaxing.

Re-energizing.

Soothing.

Good.

Now tap your fingers on the scalp.

This is called raindrops.

Tap your fingers all over the scalp.

Relaxing and very re-energizing.

All over the scalp.

Good.

From the front to the back.

From side to side.

Take two fingers of each hand and make little circles on the temples.

Just beside the eyes.

You'll find that there's a natural little hollow there.

And the circles relax and refresh.

Gently.

Easily.

Massage the temples.

Smooth your forehead.

Move the hands over the forehead.

Relaxing.

Releasing.

The bridge of the nose.

Around the eyes gently.

Around the jaw.

Relax the jaw muscles.

Good.

Put your hands over your face now.

Just cup your hands over your face.

And breathe.

Notice how good that feels.

And relax your hands.

Put them back down.

Wiggle your toes.

Wiggle your fingers.

Wiggle your jaw.

Take a nice gentle deep breath in.

Have a gentle stretch.

And open your eyes.

Fully back.

Rested and refreshed and relaxed.

Fully back in the moment.

Be gentle with yourself.
