Andrew is still the best I found for this type of meditation in four years. His meditations are very helpful.

As always Andrew's voice and words take me into a very deep state of relaxation. When finished I feel refreshed and energized. This was a nice pep talk to my creative self. Just what I needed this morning. Plus the reminder of patience was spot on for me today. 🙏

Very helpful for letting go. Be aware that this meditation/ visualization is not helpful to go to sleep as the suggestions at the end of the recording encourage you to become fully awake.

Loved it. I especially like everything Andrew puts out and have him in every playlist.
I Would love a long creativity sleep meditation to compliment this one, that doesn’t “wake” me up at the end. Excellent work.
