Hi,
This is Andrew Johnson.
It's time to relax.
Take some time to sit or lie down.
Make yourself comfortable and allow your eyes to close.
That's right.
I'd like you to start with some stretches.
Gently stretch your arms and hands.
Hold it.
Hold it.
And relax.
Gently stretch your legs and feet.
Hold it.
Hold it.
And relax.
Gently stretch your neck and shoulders.
Hold it.
Hold it.
And relax.
Gently stretch all the way down your back.
Hold it.
Hold it.
And relax.
And now gently stretch every part of your body.
Hold it.
Hold it.
And relax.
Good.
It's time to drift down into a lovely,
Natural state of relaxation.
Don't try to make yourself relax.
Just let it happen.
Allow yourself to simply drift down.
Become aware of your breath.
Notice the flow of air in and out.
If it feels natural,
Take your breathing down a little deeper.
A little deeper down.
This slightly slower,
Slightly deeper breathing is allowing your body to continue relaxing at its own pace.
Notice how,
As you exhale,
Your body seems to relax a little more.
With every out-breath,
Your body is sinking deeper and deeper into relaxation and heaviness.
Take a few moments to follow the flow of your breath in and out,
And allow each out-breath to take you a little deeper down,
Relaxed.
Notice how relaxed you have become,
And how easy the procedure has been.
You can be curious as to how deeply relaxed you're going to become during this session.
And it doesn't really matter,
Of course.
Just allow yourself to drift deeper.
At the pace that is right for you.
As the mind relaxes,
The body relaxes.
And as the body relaxes,
The mind relaxes.
So if your mind wanders at any point,
Simply allow it to.
You may notice the background music.
You may notice everyday sounds.
You may just be aware of the rhythmic flow of your breath,
And the sound of my voice.
No matter what you're aware of,
Your unconscious mind is still aware of everything that's being said.
Aware of all relaxation suggestions.
Aware of all positive suggestions.
If at any time you wish to move,
Just move.
If at any time you wish to stretch,
Just stretch.
If at any time you wish to yawn,
Just yawn.
Soon I'm going to count down from 10 to 1.
With each descending number between 10 and 1,
Allow yourself to drift 10% deeper.
Just 10% deeper with each slow descending number.
Each descending number will help you drift down a little deeper into the level of relaxation that's just perfect for you here today.
Still ready.

As you drift deeper and deeper,
Your arms and hands are becoming heavier and heavier.

As you drift deeper and deeper,
Your legs and feet are becoming heavier and heavier.

As you drift deeper and deeper,
Your entire body is becoming heavier and heavier.

All the muscles in your face are releasing and relaxing.

Your stomach muscles are releasing and relaxing.

It's nice to know that there's nothing for you to do,
Except relax.

Isn't it nice to know that there is nowhere you need be,
But here in this moment?

Notice how relaxed you are,
How easy the process is,
How simple.

The deeper you drift,
The deeper you allow yourself to become relaxed.
The deeper you become,
The deeper you want to go.
And 1.
You are now in a safe state of natural relaxation,
And drifting deeper with each breath you take,
And every suggestion I make.
You're drifting deeper down into relaxation.
Your body relaxed,
And your mind open to positive,
Healthy suggestions.
And in a few moments time,
You'll hear me say the word,
Now.
And whenever you hear me say the word,
Now.
Any remaining unnecessary tension is going out of your body,
And your body continues to sink down,
More and more limp,
Relaxed,
And comfortable too.
In fact,
Your body is going to feel so pleasantly comfortable,
There will be times when you're not even aware of your body.
You may not even be aware of your body at all.
So ready.
I'd like you to,
Now.
Allow every muscle in your body to relax.
A pleasant,
Slightly warm sensation may very soon begin to spread from your chest and shoulders,
And out over your whole body.
And I'd like you to,
Now.
Let this wonderful feeling go all the way down,
Down through your body,
Down to your fingertips,
And down to your toes.
And,
Now.
As you continue to drift,
I want you to know that one of the nicest things about being in this relaxed state is that you can do anything you want.
Like in a pleasant dream.
You can go anywhere you like.
Drift away to any place.
Any situation you desire.
And you can experience any kind of pleasant sensation you wish.
They all belong to you.
You can even go back in time.
Back in time to a pleasant memory.
Back to something wonderful you haven't thought of in a long,
Long while.
So that once again,
You can enjoy that experience with all the feelings you had back then.
Because ever since the day you were born,
You've learned and you've experienced something every moment of your life.
And all those experiences have been stored away on the back of your mind,
In the form of mental images.
Every second of your life imprinted there on your brain cells.
Rather like information stored on a computer.
Only much,
Much superior.
And I'd like you to know that there's a very special,
Unique part of you.
Your inner mind.
Your unconscious mind.
That has full access,
Not only to those mental images,
But access to all your resources,
All your strengths,
All your abilities,
And especially the parts of you that recognize positive,
Healthy,
And beneficial suggestions.
As you sit or lie there,
Perfectly comfortable.
Safe and comfortable.
I would like you to imagine that you can move your energetic body out of your physical body and gently float up towards the ceiling.
Allow yourself to float gently all the way up.
All the way up to the ceiling.
And then slowly and gently.
Return to your physical body again.
And as you do so,
You sink deeper and deeper down into relaxation.
Safety and peace.
Relaxation.
Safety and peace.
Now,
Once again,
Allow your energetic body to rise up.
Up and out of your physical body.
Slowly and safely rising up to the ceiling.
And as you do so,
Imagine yourself turning around to look down at your physical body lying there.
So deeply relaxed.
So beautifully calm.
You look down and you're able to see yourself.
And notice that there is a silver cord connecting your physical body and your energetic body.
This silver cord connects your physical body and your energetic body.
And the cord can stretch as far as it is needed.
It can stretch as far as it is needed.
But it can also become as short as it needs to.
So you know that you are perfectly safe.
You feel connected at all times.
Safe and secure.
Now,
Allow your energetic body to move over to the door of the room that you are in.
And curiously,
Perhaps surprisingly,
You find that you can move through the door and arrive on the other side.
You can simply move through the door and arrive at the other side.
Outside the room.
Outside the room where your physical body is.
Remember that at all times you are connected with that silver energy cord.
You are safe and secure.
Take a look around you.
Notice the door you have just passed through.
Notice what it's made of.
What color it is.
What shape the handle is.
And you know that you can return to this room in an instant simply by just deciding to return.
You feel calm,
Safe and in control.
But you also have a sense of freedom and excitement.
Become aware that you are free to move around.
Free to do anything you wish.
Free to go anywhere you choose to.
Continue looking around now.
Notice the colors,
The walls,
The floor,
The ceiling,
The furniture if there is any.
Become aware of other people if there are any other people there.
And you know that you are safe and secure.
Still connected by the silver energy cord.
Now that you know your energetic body can easily and effortlessly move through doors and walls and ceilings and floors.
You can move outside the building now.
Allow your energetic body to make its way outside.
Notice the change in light.
Notice the change in temperature.
Notice how different it feels being in such a vast space.
How does it feel having so much freedom?
You can go anywhere you want.
Safe and secure.
Free but still connected.
You can do anything you wish.
Safe and secure.
Free but still connected.
Spend some time now traveling.
Allowing your energetic body to fully experience this vast space.
Safe and secure.
Completely free but still connected.
Spend some time now traveling.
Spend some time now traveling.
It's now time to return to your physical body.
It's now time for you to return to your physical body.
As you decide to return,
You can start to notice certain sensations within your physical body.
The slow movement of your breath.
The relaxing heaviness.
And as you notice those sensations,
Your energetic body is returning.
Returning across space and time.
Returning through walls and doors and ceilings and floors.
And you know that you are safe and secure.
Still connected by the silver energy cord.
You return now to the location of your physical body.
And your energetic body re-enters it easily,
Effortlessly and completely.
Every energetic part fully re-integrated with every physical part.
And you become fully aware of your physical self,
Heavy,
Relaxed,
Safe and secure.
Fully aware now that you are re-integrated with your physical self.
Heavy,
Relaxed,
Peaceful,
Safe and secure.
As we near the end of this recording,
You can make a choice whether to wake up or drift further down into sleep.
If you wish to wake up,
In a moment or two,
I'll count from 1 to 10.
And you can slowly bring yourself back to full awakened sensations.
At 5,
Wiggle your fingers and toes.
At 8,
Gently open your eyes.
And at 10,
You'll be fully back,
Rested,
Refreshed and wide awake,
Re-energized,
Refocused.
If however you wish to fall asleep and continue sleeping,
Simply ignore me counting from 1 to 10 and you can drift deeper down into relaxation.
So if you wish to end this session now,
Start bringing yourself back up.

Andrews voice is so soothing that it usually puts me to sleep. In the rare instances when I don’t fall asleep, this visualization helps me to focus on actually doing astral travel /projection.

Very nice voice, hypnotic, and well paced. I really loved the background music and felt it helped to deepen my relaxation. I was able to feel more intense energetic body sensations while coming in and out of my physical body. I haven’t felt anything more than an imaginary sense of leaving the body, but the energy sensations were more intense. I was relaxed enough to observe the intensity a little bit longer than normal instead of instantly moving to ease the discomfort. I will be returning to this meditation. I feel like this took me to a new level of awareness. Thank you.

Love this guys voice. It is so peaceful. I wish the sessions were a little longer 45 mi-60 min? Because they are so relaxing sometimes I use them not to sleep but to settle down. Put for sleeping purposes they are awesome.
