A Visit From St Nicholas ('Twas The Night Before Christmas)

A Visit from St. Nicholas, more commonly known as 'Twas the Night Before Christmas from its first line, is a poem first published anonymously in 1823 and later attributed to Clement Clarke Moore, who claimed authorship in 1837.

The poem has been called "arguably the best-known verses ever written by an American"and is largely responsible for some of the conceptions of Santa Claus from the mid-nineteenth century to today.

Oh you have the best voice for this! You should read Christmas stories all the time ! This was the best reading of it and I've heard the story a hundred times. I think it's great in a Scottish accent, and you have a very comforting voice , like a family member is reading it to you by the fireplace.
