Relax into your seat.
Allow your eyes to gently close.
Begin to scan your body,
Noticing any areas that feel tense.
See if you can soften any areas of tension.
Begin to breathe deeply into your belly.
And notice your body and mind beginning to relax and open.
You are completely relaxed and open.
Begin to scan your body and notice the place in your body where you feel strong and vital.
Noticing as you hold your awareness on your strength.
You may also feel areas that are uncomfortable or uneasy.
You may feel an awareness of thoughts that are challenging or difficult.
But also sense the part of yourself that is resilient.
The part of yourself that is ready to skillfully handle what arises.
Allow this sense of resilience to fill your body,
Mind,
And spirit.
Let your resilience expand.
Knowing that you are deeply resilient,
Feel the expansive resilience fill your body and begin to expand out beyond your skin.
Repeating the words internally now.
