Welcome to your mindful minute with awakening mindfulness.

Take a moment to get comfortable.

Relax into your seat.

Allow your eyes to gently close.

Begin to scan your body.

Noticing any areas that feel tense.

See if you can soften any areas of tension.

Begin to breathe deep into your belly.

Notice your body and mind beginning to relax and open.

You are completely relaxed and open.

Feel the base of your sit bones and imagine roots growing from your sit bones deep down into the earth.

Feel yourself grounding into the earth.

And from that grounded place,

Feel your body settle.

Allow the deep groundedness to begin to fill your body.

Knowing that you are deeply grounded.

Feel the expansive groundedness fill your body and begin to expand out beyond your skin.

Repeating the words now.

I am deeply grounded.
