Take a moment to get comfortable in a seated position.
Relax into your seat.
Allow your eyes to gently close.
Begin to scan the body,
Noticing any areas that feel tense.
See if you can soften any areas of tension.
Begin to breathe deeply into your belly and notice your body and mind beginning to relax and open.
You are completely relaxed and open.
Begin to scan your body and notice the place in your body where you feel strong.
As you hold your awareness on your strength,
Notice how your strength lives in your body.
What does it feel like?
Notice how strength lives in your mind.
What does it feel like?
Notice the strength that lives in your spirit.
What does it feel like?
Allow this sense of strength to fill your body,
Mind,
And spirit.
Let your inner strength expand,
Knowing that you are strong.
Feel the expansive inner strength fill your body and begin to expand out beyond your skin.
Repeating these words internally now.
