Do you have repressed anger? How do you really know? This meditation practice is part of a class on releasing hidden anger from our energy centers, the chakras, and our bodies. Often, parents teach children not to be angry, cry, or display uncomfortable emotions. As a result, we learn to bury our feelings. The problem with that is that those emotions don’t go away unprocessed. They stay within us and occasionally will surface at the wrong time with the wrong people. With the help of the Superconscious, the Universal Mind, you will work on clearing the anger located in the fourth chakra, the Heart chakra. That is the most common location where people hold higher amounts of anger. This meditation will work on releasing the anger related to past hurts in relationships, feeling unloved or abandoned, carrying resentment, and stopping hurting yourself.

As we continue our journey of releasing hidden anger,

We go to our fourth chakra.

Place your attention on the heart chakra located in the center of your chest.

Focus on the chakra and find the anger located in the center.

Zoom into the anger.

On a scale from 1 to 10,

1 being very low and 10 being high,

What is the level of anger you feel?

Relate your anger and trust the number that comes to mind.

It could be related to relationships,

Not experiencing love that you want,

Not feeling loved,

Having heart problems.

Relate these words to yourself.

I choose to release the anger in my heart.

I choose to release the anger in my heart.

I choose to release the anger in my heart.

Now imagine a hundred green light coming from the sky from your own personal star going into your head,

Traveling down through your eyes and throat and circulating around your heart.

This light is absorbing all anger stored in the fourth chakra.

The light goes down your stomach,

Belly,

Hips,

Legs.

Imagine the anger is stored in the center exiting the body and moving to the center of the planet.

See the light green transforming and dissipating into the planet's energy.

Place your attention on the heart chakra and call on the superconscious.

Repeat these words to yourself.

Superconscious,

Please find the anger is stored in my heart chakra,

Remove it and only leave less than a half a percent for momentum when I need to take action.

Thank you.

Take five breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Release the lower level of anger.

Stay with it for a little bit until you see it decline.

Repeat these words to yourself.

Creator,

Please bring joy into my fourth chakra.

Imagine a bright golden light coming into and around your body,

Creating a bubble around you.

Feel the golden energy of joy energizing your body,

Mind and emotions.

Take five breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.
