In this session,
We are going to do an effective exercise to help you forgive yourself,
Your parents,
Or any person who needs forgiveness from you.
If it is getting harder to let go of the pain of certain relationships,
This exercise will help you open your heart for forgiveness.
It's important that your aura field is clear of anger,
Resentment,
Fear,
And any negative emotion.
Perhaps it would be best to start this exercise by forgiving yourself for your 50% participation in all of the relationships you had.
You can recall an event when you regret doing what you did.
No one is perfect.
There is a good chance that you could have been 100% a victim.
If this is the case,
Today is the time to forgive yourself for not setting boundaries,
Not speaking your mind,
Looking the other way,
Ignoring your intuition,
And any behavior that added to the outcome.
Next,
After forgiving yourself,
If you have a difficult relationship with your parents,
Do this exercise with both or one of them.
Then,
You can do this practice with any person that still brings you an emotional upset when you think about them.
But when you tune into yourself by closing your eyes and thinking of a person you believe did you wrong,
Or an event where you regret doing what you did,
There is no sense of peace.
You can do this exercise with anyone at any time.
Feel free to repeat this exercise until the level of feeling charged by the person or event you need to forgive is zero or one.
Some people believe that they can't forgive what others did.
Some are even mad at God.
The way you feel is the way you feel.
No one can fault you for it.
But I'm here to remind you that forgiving,
It's not for them.
Forgiving is for you.
You deserve to receive the peace your heart has infinite amounts at a hundred percent.
If you are resisting doing this exercise,
Just indulge me.
Try and see what it leads you.
Close your eyes and take a deep breath.
Inhale and exhale through your nose.
Relax.
And imagine forgiveness as a fountain overflowing with the water.
But instead of water,
The fountain is filled with forgiveness energy.
You can see the fountain flowing with forgiveness.
What color is it?
What does it smell like?
What consistency is it?
Now see the fountain overflowing.
You are getting a bit alarmed that it's overflowing and reaching your feet.
Your feet is being covered by forgiveness.
Is it cold or is it warm?
The level of forgiveness is increasing and now reaches your knees.
It's reaching your hips.
And it get leveled at your waist.
Play with forgiveness.
If you can't swim,
Go ahead and swim in forgiveness.
Can you float?
Then float and relax in forgiveness.
Lay around and see yourself splashing the forgiveness.
Go under and submerge your whole body including your hair in forgiveness.
Feel the body totally emerged in forgiveness.
Feel how marvelous this is.
Bring the person you need to forgive to near the fountain.
Just let them be there.
Feel free to bring them closer to you when you are ready.
When you are ready,
Invite them to put their hands into your forgiveness.
This is your own fountain of forgiveness.
Invite them to put their feet in forgiveness.
If you are ready,
Invite them close to you and allow them to submerge their knees in forgiveness.
See their hips emerged in forgiveness.
See their waist emerged in forgiveness.
If you are ready,
Invite them to submerge their whole body in forgiveness.
Feel what it feels like to invite them into your forgiveness.
Feel what it feels like to have them near you.
Forgiving doesn't mean forgetting.
It means freedom.
You are free.
You are free.
You are free.
Today,
You release all the emotional charge,
Feeling your aura with forgiveness.
As your aura fills with forgiveness,
It releases all the pain you felt.
All the pain,
All gone.
Enjoy your forgiveness.
When you are ready,
You can open your eyes slowly.
