Oak Tree Meditation Hello My name is Ana Barreto,
And I am a meditator.
I receive all my meditations during a meditative state,
Usually when I first wake up or in the middle of the night.
I like guided meditations because it helps assign meaning to the time you are connecting with the Spirit,
Higher Self,
Or Universal Mind.
In addition,
I add music to accompany my meditations because it elevates the emotions of inspiration and creates a space where the vast benefits of meditation can easily be achieved.
This meditation will help you find improved states of being,
Elevated emotions while relaxing and healing your body from negative emotions.
You can also set up your own intentions for the sacred time between you and your Creator.
Let's begin by finding a comfortable place to sit.
It is best to have a solid surface behind you.
Make sure your clothes are loose.
With each breath,
Your body begins to relax.
Gather some pillows if needed.
Let's take a long,
Deep,
And slow breath and connect with the space.
Feel your back against the chair or bed and say out loud,
I am safe.
I am safe.
I am safe.
With another breath,
Release your shoulders.
Take another deep breath.
Feel the surface where you are sitting and say out loud,
I am being supported.
I am being supported.
I am being supported.
Bring this feeling of relaxation to your whole body.
Take another deep breath.
Place your attention in the center of your chest,
Where the heart center is located.
As you breathe,
Slowly say to yourself,
I am an infinite being.
I am an infinite being.
I am an infinite being.
Keep breathing and find a comfortable relaxing pattern.
Feel what it means to be an infinite being.
See your energy expanding outwards,
Up and down,
Sideways,
In the present and future.
You are a reflection of time.
You are infinite.
See a beautiful light circulating about 12 inches above your head.
It's a bright healing light with powerful energy.
The light is going into your body from the top of your head,
Going down and down through your forehead,
Through your eyes,
Nose,
Mouth,
Neck,
Shoulders,
Heart,
Arms,
Stomach,
Abdomen,
Hips,
Thigh,
Calves,
Feet,
And exiting through your toes.
The light is going down and down and down into the center of earth,
Where your core energy resides.
See a heavy anchor and secure the light around the anchor with the knot.
Stay there for a while and feel the energy of mother earth.
Breathe deeply.
As you look around,
You see a door.
There is a light bleeding through the door frame.
Go there and open the door.
You see a beautiful meadow with flowers and green grass.
As you walk on the grass,
You feel the amazing energy.
The grass is soft.
There is a pleasant aroma of the flowers.
You feel a gentle breeze and the warmth of the sun.
This space invites you to just breathe and relax.
Find a place to sit and enjoy the amazing space.
Stay there for a while.
You see a majestic,
Beautiful oak tree in the short distance.
Walk to it.
As you approach the tree,
You know this is your own oak tree.
She invites you to sit down and lean against her trunk.
Feel your back against the oak tree.
Feel her roots and the pattern going in and out of the ground.
Feel her leaves.
As you connect with the oak tree,
You can just feel her qualities.
Connect with the oak tree.

Feel the patience of the oak tree.
What does it feel like?

Strong winds,
Lightning,

She loves you,
Everyone,
And everything unconditionally.
She gives you oxygen and removes carbon dioxide from the air so you can breathe.
She also provides sustenance to animals and nature.
It's a perfect dance of giving and receiving.

Feel what feeling Feel what feels like to have a firm footing in life just like your oak tree.
We cannot manifest our intentions without being grounded.
See the solid roots and feel what means to be fully grounded.
Milk this feeling a bit longer.
It's healing your body,
Mind,
And emotions.
It's very good for you.
The seventh quality of your oak tree is surrendering.
The oak tree surrenders from the beginning when it's an acorn until the last moment when she returns to dust.
She doesn't rush the spring,
The storms,
Or the sun.
She knows that part of her is everywhere when a leaf is lost.
Feel the peaceful surrendering of your oak tree.
What area of your life could you use a bit of surrendering?
How about the people in your circle?
Who could you stop fighting with?
What would surrendering feel like if you could duplicate the act of surrender of your oak tree?
Feel what surrendering feels in your body.
Tap into your oak tree and feel it.
Elevate that feeling and breathe.
Take one of the oak tree leaves and place it into your heart.
Breathe the green leaf three times to anchor your oak tree's qualities into your life.
Know that you can access any of the qualities of your oak tree at any moment.
Patience.
Strength.
Courage.
Wisdom.
Love.
Grounding.
And surrendering a just,
A heart breath away.
When you are ready,
Open your eyes,
Rub your palms together,
And come back to your body as you go about living and see an oak tree.
Remember your own oak tree and feel free to say a quiet hello to her sister.
Some people may not understand why you are talking to a tree,
But you know of their healing qualities.
Namaste.

Embracing the great qualities of the oak tree. Patience, courage, strength, love, grounding, surrendering, wisdom. I feel so grateful to be surrounded by oak trees where I live in Northern California. And I feel very lucky to have a deep connection with an ancient grand-mother Blue Oak I visit regularly to receive all she has to offer to me.
