Creativity and inspiration lighten our lives.

They color our perceptions and build hope and enthusiasm.

These emotions lead the body to produce hormones that promote health and help regenerate the body.

Cutting ties with imagination is a high price to pay just to become a realist,

Which could also be called a pessimist since they are preparing for the worst.

What is your creative level?

The following questions will shine a light on the level of your creativity.

Take three deep breaths and answer.

1.

Do I feel creative?

2.

Do I do anything creative in my life?

3.

Do I have room for creativity in my work?

4.

Do I believe I created my life?

5.

Am I happy with the life I created?

6.

Do I laugh often?

7.

Do I have time and space to express my creativity?

8.

Do I enjoy food and alcohol in moderation?

9.

Do I enjoy sex regularly?

10.

Do I feel my workload is fair?

If you answered yes to eight or more questions,

You're doing great with your creative power.

If you answered yes to five or more questions,

You need to energize your creative power.

If you answered yes to four or fewer questions,

You need to rebuild your creative power.

Take notes about the insights you receive in the next section.

How do you improve the power of creativity?

Every woman wants to have a good level of creative power.

Here are six ways for you to improve your power.

1.

Laugh your behind off.

An easy way to awaken the power of creativity is by laughing.

Laugh until your tummy hurts and you fall on the floor saying,

Stop.

You could rent a few comedy shows,

Laughing is the equivalent of 2,

000 chocolates in your brain.

If your power is dormant or underactive,

Go ahead and binge on comedy.

Laughing will dust off the second energy center and give you the boost to be creative and transform the aspects of your life that need change.

2.

Become a child of Picasso.

Another way to exercise your creative power is to do something artistic.

Even if your DNA screams,

I'm not artistically inclined.

Take a painting,

Drawing,

Sculpture,

Or poetry class and refrain from judging your work.

You aren't training to be a Picasso or a Michelangelo.

You're just expressing a glimpse of your creative power.

This energy will infuse your life with fun.

3.

Bring out your decorators hat and change a room in your house.

You can browse magazines for ideas and inspiration to pump up your creativity or you can just do what you like.

You aren't copying anything.

You're modeling after it and making it your own.

If you choose to redecorate your bedroom,

You'll double your creative energy.

That's because every energy intention in the bedroom will impact the people who sleep in it.

Also,

Small accents in orange will energize your creativity if you like the color.

But don't paint a whole room orange.

This powerful color is perfect for an accent but too much can lead people to overeat,

Abuse alcohol and drugs,

And binge TV,

Which ultimately diminishes their energy.

A little feng shui tip for you.

The excessive use of the color orange is more intense when it's the first color you see when you enter the home or sleep in it.

So a little will go a long way.

4.

Dream up your life.

If you aren't happy with your life,

Change it.

How?

Begin by dreaming it instead of complaining.

Envision how you want your life to be.

You can create vision boards by using pictures from magazines representing the type of life you want to live.

Don't worry about how you're going to make it happen.

Just dream away and dream often.

The problem that most people encounter is that they don't know what they want in life.

They often complain about what they don't have but they can't see in their minds what it could be.

So put the book down,

Close your eyes,

And imagine where you would most like to live.

What time you would get up.

How you would spend your days.

What activities would make you very happy.

What type of work would you do.

Where would you go on vacation?

Who would you spend time with?

Then feel the feelings you'll have when this is your life.

The key word here is to feel.

Feel the emotions you know you will feel when your dreams are realized.

Do this exercise a few times a day and see how your vision changes over the course of a week.

It will become more consistent with time.

And if you catch yourself thinking of what you don't want,

Stop.

Then begin again with the life you do want.

Also pay attention to the opportunities showing up at your steps.

Pay attention to the inklings you are called to.

Sometimes those calls will repeat themselves until you hear them.

Keep looking for the openings of the universe.

This will distract you from your complaints.

It may seem like a waste of time to imagine a life you don't see as possible yet.

But once your vision becomes consistent and you can feel happy with your imagination alone,

The universe will find ways to create the best version of your vision for you.

Your job is to just imagine.

Pay attention and go with the flow.

5.

Immerse yourself in inspiration.

The best use of your creative power is to create the life of your dreams.

If you don't know what lifts your heart,

You need to connect with the energy of inspiration.

Go for a walk in a green space you enjoy.

Being in nature will reduce your connection with beta waves,

The energy that makes you overthink,

And get you into alpha or gamma waves,

The energy that connects with your heart and your inner world.

Perhaps a long drive without a destination and without traffic would be helpful.

Your mind tends to wander while driving.

Make a conscious commitment to remember the good things instead of what's missing.

Play your favorite music and feel the music in your memory and body.

Remember what made you happy in the past and milk that feeling.

This will ease you into inspiration.

6.

Practice mindfulness.

Another way to create your life is by practicing mindfulness.

It will stop you from creating life by default if you have negative expectations.

Find the time and space where you can give yourself about 15 minutes of uninterrupted time.

Sit comfortably in a chair,

On a bed,

Or on a pillow.

Close your eyes.

You can play meditation music if you like,

While you take at least 33 slow,

Deep breaths,

Or you can listen to a guided meditation of seven minutes or more.

Then,

Open your eyes.

List everything great about your life.

What is right about my life?

What do I need to see,

Experience,

Feel more in my life?

How do I envision my life to be?

Be wild with your imagination.

While you were answering these three questions,

Your brain took you in another direction.

You were shown glimpses of things in the back of your mind.

They were brief,

Passing thoughts.

Did you catch them?

Perhaps you thought about moving,

Leaving your job,

Starting a business,

Or writing a book.

Pay attention to them.

These are insights.

Often,

They remind you of the actions you've needed to take,

But have been hesitant about.

Maybe you're fearful.

Write down your insights.

A quick exercise.

What side do you lean towards?

You must fall in love with the future you are creating.

Inspiration will always trump any fear you have.

Try this short exercise to check if you are sponsoring fear or possibilities.

Stand up.

Keep your eyes open.

Put your arms out.

Imagine that you're standing on the top of a wall,

Carrying a bag of sand in each hand.

In the left hand,

The bag represents your current life.

On the right hand,

The bag represents the life you want.

Think about your vision and imagine yourself walking on the wall.

Keep imagining the life you have and the life you want.

Now,

Close your eyes and in your mind's eye,

See yourself walking on the wall.

Then,

Run on the wall.

As you run,

The wall gets narrower and narrower.

Finally,

You're about to fall.

Which side do you fall on?

The left or the right?

If you fall to the left side,

You still need to build your life through imagination.

If you fall to the right,

You're going in the right direction.

Women who practice the power of creativity become very happy women.

It seems that when they walk,

They leave traces of little dancing stars flowing like rainbows after a rainstorm.

The only thing that may make this better is a heads up that it is not read by the author. Which was odd to me at first.
