Emotional Body Crystal Healing

Connect to Gaia/Mother Earth and her crystalline energy to get grounded, receive unconditional love into every cell of your body and being, and feel supported as you relax and transform your heavy emotions and heal them.

Close your eyes and drop down into your heart space.

Sink into the infinite space of love,

Light and remembrance.

Give yourself full permission to just relax in this sweet,

Sweet surrender.

Receive a breath,

Breathing in through your nose and then exhaling out through your mouth.

Inhaling and exhaling.

Giving yourself permission to come into a deeper,

Deeper state of relaxation and joy.

And then sense,

Feel or imagine from up above there's this beautiful crystalline energy.

This crystalline energy starts to stream through the crown of your head and down your entire being.

It activates your grounding cord so your grounding cord can root all the way down.

Down,

Down,

Down into Gaya's heart chakra,

Mother Earth's heart chakra.

You may sense,

Feel or imagine her heart chakra is a crystalline ball of energy where your grounding cord plugs in and wraps around her heart.

And as you plug in,

She sends up a beautiful crystalline elixir of love and light.

That elixir is mixed with an energy of support,

Of unconditional love.

Breathe that crystalline energy into every cell of your body and being.

And as you breathe it in,

Give yourself full permission to relax.

Then sense,

Feel or imagine that Gaya's crystalline energy and the energy from up above,

Heavenly Father,

Source,

The universe.

It starts to dance around you in your heart space.

And as it dances around you,

It invites your emotional body in to sit in your heart space with you.

Sense,

Feel or imagine your emotional body entering your heart space.

Let your emotional body with a hug,

Let your emotional body know he or she is safe.

Safe to be in this space with you.

Safe to relax.

Safe to experience unconditional love.

As you greet your emotional body,

The sacred energy of the masculine and feminine wraps around you both.

And it takes you across all time and space where you land in a sacred,

Beautiful place in nature.

This could be a place you've been before,

A place you've always wanted to visit,

Or somewhere new.

Sense,

Feel or imagine this beautiful place in nature where it's the perfect time of day,

The perfect temperature.

And you feel safe because you are safe.

Your emotional body is safe.

You're going to notice that there's a beautiful,

Beautiful crystalline grid off in the distance.

This crystal grid is to assist you in healing your emotional body,

Healing any emotions that are stuck and trapped within you.

Any emotions that you may be experiencing that separates you from unconditional love from your divine self,

From the universe,

From your wholeness.

You and your emotional body make your way over to this crystal grid and it is life-size.

It is beautiful.

It's magnificent.

You're noticing all the different crystals and the colors.

And you make your way to the center of the grid where there's a gigantic,

Beautiful,

Clear quartz star crystal.

It's a Merkava.

It's beautiful.

It's magnificent.

You notice that there's a doorway,

An entry point into the star crystal where you and your emotional body can sit in the center of it.

You sit down in the center of this beautiful crystal star,

This clear quartz crystal star that has the ability to transform your emotions.

You and your emotional body sit right in the center.

You look at your emotional body and you remind your emotional body it is safe.

You are safe.

I am safe.

We are safe.

You sense,

You feel your emotional body relaxing in the sacred center.

And then you encourage your emotional body to share with you any emotions,

Any fears that's troubling your emotional body right now.

Give yourself permission for your emotional body to share with you.

You may sense,

You may feel,

You may see,

You may hear,

You may know these answers now.

And as your emotional body is sharing these emotions with you,

They're not for judgment.

They are to be released and surrendered.

You hold your emotional body's hand and there's crystal and energy that starts to pour into all the points of the sacred star you are sitting in.

Crystalline energy that's pink and purples and whites and golds and silvers.

It's the perfect elixir of crystal and magic.

This is crystal and energy start to pour in and as they pour in,

They start to extract,

Eliminate,

Transmute these heavy emotions from your emotional bodies and start to heal you.

Start to heal your emotional body and you.

Imagine these crystal and energies pouring in.

And as they pour in,

You can repeat the mantra.

I am safe.

I am love.

I am safe.

I am love.

I am safe.

I am love.

Sense,

Feel or imagine these emotions,

These heavy emotions that are no longer serving you are being released,

Transmuted into love and light.

There's crystal and energies as amethyst and clear quartz and selenite,

Pink tourmaline and kunzite and lapidolite.

They're purples and pinks and clears,

Colors.

They're just beautiful.

They're magnificent.

It's like a rainbow swirling all around you in the sacred space and it's just inviting you,

Encouraging you to receive and recognize that you are unconditionally supported.

You are unconditionally loved.

And you are safe.

You are safe to release these emotions.

You're safe to explore these emotions.

You are safe.

Your emotional body may share another message with you right here,

Right now.

Encourage your emotional body to speak up and share.

You are safe.

You are safe.

You are safe.

You are safe.

You are safe.

And as your emotional body shares with you,

Surrender.

Allow the crystal and energy to just come in and change these emotions.

To support your emotional body,

To support you.

Open your heart to recognize the love,

The compassion,

The mercy you have within you.

Grant yourself full permission to access that love now as these emotions that are no longer serving you are released and transmuted into love and light.

You are safe.

This beautiful silver-purple crystal and energy streams through the whole star crystal you are in.

This beautiful lapidolite purple-silver crystal and energy blesses you and your emotional body.

And you look down at your hands and you realize that you were gifted a beautiful,

Beautiful crystal present.

Look down and receive that now.

This beautiful crystal present is to remind you that you are safe,

You are loved,

You are unconditionally supported at all times in all places.

You hand this crystal to your emotional body and your emotional body is so excited.

More crystal and energy starts to pour in to integrate this present with you and your emotional body.

And as that crystal and energy comes in you can feel a sense of surrender,

A sense of safety,

A sense of love.

And then I want to invite you to stay in this sacred space for as long as you would like and receive divine unconditional love and support and healing for you and your emotional body.

Sit and talk and experience and be with the crystal and energy and love.

You are safe,

You are loved,

You are unconditionally supported at all times in all places.

You are safe,
